Went there tonight for a subway online order. The cashier watched us pull in before locking the door and turning the open sign off even though it was 10 min until closing. We accidently ordered from the wrong subway (won't happen again!), so it took us a little longer to get there. Even though he saw us pull in and watched me walk to the door, I had to bang on the door before the order was brought to me. Both the Indian gentleman and the subway girl were rude and dismissive. I've NEVER been to this store and definitely won't return!!!

Owner is very disrespectful talks to people like they're beneath him does not pay the help if he doesn't feel like they have worked to earn their paycheck will cut pay of employees. They double the prices on thing in the store they change dates on their food containers.

Krupa, manager of the subway on Hwy 67 in brooklet is one of the most rude, disrespectful and incompetent managers I have ever spoken to. I will never do business with this store again and will certainly warn others of how she lacks the ability to treat paying customers with any level of respect.

Left it behind the counter were we couldn’t reach it . Do better subway find better employees the other dude working with Lexi was amazing but his poor soul she cussed him out 1-1-22

Website says they open at 8 and that subway confirmed that 6 days ago. Well according to the little blond hair girl working there this morning they don't open up until '"around 8:10 to 8:15". Workers need to follow the hours that are posted or change the hours.

Usually good service, and the sandwiches are acceptable, just like other subways. However, they don't seem to want to work. Went in at 9:45 pm on a Saturday, showed open till 10pm..they were pulling items from cooler and stated "we're closed". Either stay open or change your hours
