The food was good, as expected. But the service... that was amazing! The employees coordinated their efforts to please each and every customer. The gentleman up front was taking care of the front counter and the drive-thru window with the greatest finesse. I was truly at a loss for words. If only every establishment worked this way, what a wonderful experience that would be.
I haven't been to a Captain D's since 2004. I was given a gift card to one and decided to give it a go after a back-breaking day of work when I was starving and too exhausted to get groceries. I was a little hesitant at first because it's been so long since I'd been to one and I have anxiety with ordering, especially if I'm not familiar with the menu, but man, I wish this place in Brunswick got more praise because they were so nice and the food was delicious! I had ordered a loaded baked potato with my meal but forgot to ask for anything to go with it. The woman who was at the window told me she went ahead and put butter and sour cream in my bag for me before I even realised it, and I thought that was really sweet. I will be returning!
As far as I’m concerned, this is the best captain D’s in South Georgia. The service was great. The food was fresh and hot and delicious. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Thank you all so much.

Never could get waited on. The girl had her back to us for over 5 minutes. We asked if someone could take our order, her response was I will be with you in a minute. Last two times I have been there the service has been bad.As much as I like the food there, I won't be going back. I will take my money to those who are willing to wait on me.

Why is it that one of the employees are allowed to park right by the front door halfway in the drive through lane where there is no parking spot. Right in the dang way of everyone pulling in.

This is what makes me miss long john silvers, ordered a 3 piece spicy fish on my 30 min lunch break, seem it took forever to get it and i see why, it was so burnt that one of the pieces i broke in half and there was no meat to be seen , burnt all the way through, about the same for the other two, i sent them back and waited a good 15 maybe 20 mins for the new fish to arrive exactly the same way, by then i was late back to work hungry and mad as hell because i didn’t have the time or patience to get my money back , almost 12 bucks,, you won this time capt. D , but never again. place sucksParking: yep the parking was the only thing good!!!!

Ordered my food online. When arrived at the location, they didn't seem to know about it. Waited over 30 minutes in my car for my food while customer after customer was helped. Went inside for them to take more customers in front of me to see that my food had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. When I finally got the employee to come over they just handed me the food that had been sitting there and walked off. Food was cold at that point. Will not be back.
