I attempted to eat at this location and after waiting in the drive through line, I was instructed that I could not order; I had to download an app and order digitally. This information could have been easily placed in an easily visible manner while waiting in the line. Had that happened, I could have ordered and complied with the digital policy.

Lazy staff denied me service with no explanation. Likely racially motivated. Over an 1 and a half hours before closing nearly empty store. Hours of operation posted on the door.

I have been to a lot of Chipotle restaurants all over the place and this has been the worst one ever! Food was barely warm, didn't have that fresh chipotle flavor, the carnitas tasted like two day old pork I barely tasted that great chipotle carnitas seasoning I love.Guy was throwing the stuff from one hot pan to the other getting warmer water all over the food.So my rice was all wet , the whole thing was disgusting so I threw it away.

When travelling we always know we can depend on the consistency of Chipotle's wonderful delicious meals. We have allergies and we are thrilled that we know we can eat here and have no worries. Fantastic meals and the price is right, the service is always great and fast!!!

How do I start? DO NOT ORDER THE QUESO ITS DISGUSTING!! Slow food prep, people on their phones, corporate doesn't care, GO TO MOES, SUPER HIGH PRICES, portions are small and tasteless, the staff was more annoyed we where there than to actually do their job. Management could careless.....

Yall need to read the tickets. I ordered two burritos for pick up, one Veggie and one Chicken. The ingredients where all mixed up between the two. Also there was chicken in my veggie burrito and pork in my boyfriends chicken burrito. I couldn't even eat the food I paid for cuz i'm vegetarian. Yall need to do better, cuz why yall putting chicken in a veggie burrito?

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They are always out of something. Tonight was horrible, we walked in at 9:45 PM and one of the employees sighed when we saw us. They close at 11:00 PM according to their business hours. Then we proceeded to order and the cold line was empty. When I asked if they had any cheese I was told “what you see is what we got.” No apologies no type of customer service. We walked out without our food.

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Brunswick, GA is one of the most poorly managed, and unprofessional places we have ever visited, to say the least. My wife and I just left this location. We were not greeted by anyone. Two employees were over in a corner talking on their cellphones. The employee at the counter was cleaning out the food area and did not speak to us about ordering or let us know anything about when we could order. It was only 8:30 and they close at 11, so why they were already cleaning the whole food area at that time was not understood. When we asked can we order, she just walked away and called for someone in the back. We just left this location and don't plan on returning. This was such a sad experience as we both love going to other locations. Someone one needs to go and supervise this location in Brunswick GA before they give your establishment a bad NAME.

First the good:The chips were fresh, crispy and definitely made for maximum scoopage!The guacamole was semi chunky like I prefer with only a mild bite. It was green and not brown thankfully.They processed our order fairly quickly.The store was uncrowded.I always enjoy being able to customize my meal and it was a decent portion.Food was good overall, but definitely not noteworthy.Now the bad.The dining room was filthy. Trash on the floor and only one clean short table.Even the area around the service stand where napkins and plasticware was needed cleaningEmployees were processed the orders fairly quickly, but were slow about the checkout.Also stood around talking when not active with orders instead of cleaning.I actually thought of taking photos of the disarray, but would hate to be the one to provide hard evidence that led to someone's termination.Had enough people, they just need training and solid leadership.Didn't see that demonstrated in this location.Very disappointed.

Meat is overcooked but the other ingredients in my bowl were fresh and tasty. At the prices they charge, queso should come free on your meal.
