Idk what to say we like Cook Out and have always had a great experiance. Be specific on what you want and they take care of you. I tend to always give staff a couple dollar tip even in srive through when paying and they make sure my order is straight before I leave. Large portions of food, fresh to order and although shakes are small they always come through for us.
The lady that greeted us was super awesome. Really made the whole experience. You don't often get fun bubbly people at fast food places but this lady was Great!

Terrible customer service, I work in customer service as well and I never act like that towards a customer. Order a simple coke float, it was not even filled up all the way. I told them the drink was not filled up all the way and I showed them it but they just made me a new one which I did not want . They gave me the new drink and it had way to much ice cream in it and all I asked was just a good ratio of the coke and ice cream it filled up, like it was supposed to be. I will also say the customer service was a lot better when it first opened.

Not friendly service at all. We went through the drive thru. The hamburger order was wrong. The chocolate malts were not mixed, there was a white stripe, a brown stripe and chunks of malt. The corn dog has a great coating on a cheap hot dog. My onion rings were cold. Mind you, we ate in the car as we were driving to Pennsylvania. I don't want anyone to think we drove a half hour home and then complained it was cold. There was no ketchup, or any other sauce given or offered, for any of our sides. So we were sauceless. Just. Not. Good. I suggest the one in Beckley, WV. We've been there twice, always amazing. This one, well, what are you doing to your employees? They're miserable!

For fast food this is pretty darn good. The chocolate cherry milkshake is one of the best anywhere. Order at the register with exactly the toppings you want. A hand washing station in the dining room...that is very smart!

I have been to the restaurant numerous times. Today was my worst visit I had been happy with this place up until today. Today I got the wrong order Fry's covered in seasoning salt and a burger covered in seasoning salt. I was given the wrong food in the Drive-Thru. I took my food back inside only to be greeted by the most hateful cashier ever. They swapped out my food and once I open the box in the car it was wrong all of it again. I give up I will never go back. The service and the food was fantastic when it first opened now it's just bad all the way around.
