I fully understand that mistakes happen. We ordered from the dominoes on Scranton connector a few weeks ago and they delivered our order to the wrong address. OK it happens. Manager supposedly gives us a $20 credit on my phone number and refunds our money. My wife calls in today (3/17/2024) and there is no record of a credit on our account. So my wife asked for a medium pizza, and to remake one if the pizzas from the other order and the lady agreed. Pizza gets here and there is one pizza and a 2 liter. We call them back and and was told we could order a second pizza and they would wave the delivery charge, would not allow my wife to explain what was actually going on, and was rather rude. So I gonto the website to see if I can identify the franchise owner. I'm done with Dominoes period. Food is eatable when your hungry at best, usually room temp by the time it gets here, and customer service is non existent. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Tried to order for delivery. I called was put on hold.They didn't come back to the phone. I hung up and called back and was told if I was clos They would be able to get to me. Apparently two and a quarter miles is not close enough and they refused to take my order. If their staff does not want to do the job maybe this location should close. I am a truck driver so going there to get it was not an option.

The lady answering the phone would be more suited to scrubbing toilets in a cheap motel with her nasty attitude. Also, don’t expect your pizza to be delivered anywhere close to on time.

I’d advise you to keep looking elsewhere to order pizza from. Every single time we order one of our pizza’s are WRONG. Terribly wrong. When I called to address it and read her off my order to let her know I didn’t order a hand tossed cheese pizza. (Suppose to be gluten free with peppers, pepperoni and such) just for her to tell me she could offer me a store credit for my next order bc they’re incredibly busy?!?! This IS every time they mess up. At least the one guy we spoke with fixed the mistake the time before. WILL NOT be ordering from here again. I can’t even eat gluten so I won’t order from here again just to have to get the wrong pizza that can’t even be eaten. I also tipped the driver over $10 lol. Money waisted

We ordered the thin beef pizza from Dominoes in Brunswick. This was probably the worst pizza I have ever had. Frozen pizza or pizza slices from a gas station have been better by far.
