First of all, I am a dunkin girl. I ordered 2 iced coffee and 2 donuts. It took about 15 minutes to get the coffee after I had to ask if they forgot about my coffee. I walked toward the bathroom to see the guy get a cup out of the trash...yes the trash and pull the sticker off of it and put it on a cup. I asked if that was my cup and he said yes. I told him that doesn't work for me because you literally just pulled that sticker off a cup you pulled out of the trash. I told him to use a different cup, because that is nasty.The bathroom floors were sticky and nasty. I am honestly sorry we stopped in. Yuck!

Coffee is like you would expect good. But do something about the gnats at the speaker of the drive thru. You can ajust landscaping to fix issues. Place needs tlc on the outside anyway.

I normally don’t post reviews, especially bad ones but this needed to be shared.I placed an online order for drive thru pick up and got to the speaker to be told my ticket didn’t print so I had to tell her what all I ordered. I told her how I wanted my coffee TWICE and she ignored everything but one thing I wanted. There are better Dunkin’s around here so I’ll never be coming back to this one. Just poor customer service

This is third time they have not made my drink right. Amso sick of this morning crew. I will not be going back to this one again. Sad service. Charging for things did not even put in. If you can not make drinks right why make them? On Christmas they closed before 12pm. Turning customers away not cool. This morning was their last strike with me. Shame

12-8-23 I walked into a Dunkin Donuts to get serviced for a cup of coffee. No on greeted me or told me they were busy. I am an African American woman. A white man came in behind me and was serviced immediately. I stood at the register for 10 minutes no one stopped to service or even acknowledge my presence. I was the only customer in the restaurant. Finally I ask one of the employees would it be easier for them if I made a mobile order because I had been standing there a long time. She said they were short staffed (I counted 5 people) and no one could work the register. That yes I need to make a mobile order to be serviced. I sit in the restaurant and try to download the app to my phone when 2 other white women enter and go the the register. They are immediately helped. Soon a line forms and no one says to me we can take your order now. No one greets me still. All those people got helped and i had to download an app . I had to leave without being serviced. Do NOT go here if you actually want good quality service.

Refused to serve hot coffee 15 minutes before closing. Unexceptable, ESPECIALLY when you are OPEN, and have people driving there from I95!! I've worked for Dunkins, don't tell me you have to stop serving your STAPLE MENU ITEM early to fill the carafes with water and cleaner!! YOU are PAID to do YOUR JOB!! NOT to CLOSE EVERYTHING DOWN EARLY just so YOU can leave early. You do NOT make YOUR OWN RULES when you work for a FRANCHISED business.The icing on the cake was when the guy smiled and told me to have a good day, knowing I was upset (which I was not rude by no means). Seeing all the recent bad reviews, I'm not surprised now. But I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning. If you don't want to serve customers and treat them as your top priority, find a different job, you're in the wrong field.

Everytime I go to this one they mess something up. Several times the cold brew was so bitter I couldn't drink it Today I tried to use the code to get a free med hot coffee with a purchase. They rang up iced coffee and then lied to my face trying to say that I told them iced. They refunded me then wouldn't give me the coffee!! I was trying to get to work. They wanted to redo the whole transaction, etc. I just pulled off. They are nice people, but this new management is TERRIBLE! The og crew was NEVER a problem

There was a time when Dunkin Donuts were about the best you could buy, but that was 50 years ago. As other donut companies came along and offered better quality, DD got less and less interested in quality and more interested in hopping on whatever bandwagon they thought would bring in new customers. We just got donuts from this location, and we won't be going back. First of all, they were completely out of any popular kind. No lemon, no Boston cream, just some tired old chocolate frosted and some silly multicolored sprinkles. I was having a bad day and craved a treat, so we got the sprinkles and the chocolate. First of all, they were very stale--not made that day. Secondly, the "chocolate" was dreadful. I don't know what they put in the "chocolate" frosting, but it's definitely not chocolate. The white frosting with sprinkles wasn't as horrific as the "chocolate," but it certainly wasn't good. Don't waste your money here."

Very poor customer service, person who took my drive thru order had a bad attitude, was not professional. Ordered a sandwich by describing what I wanted on it and she made sure to correct me and inform me of the proper name of the sandwich which was unnecessary.When we received the order the employee simply gave us the order and closed the window. The people who work there are unhappy and it projects to the customer with their negative attitudes. The food and drinks are not good enough for this negative experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone patronize this location if they value respectful professional interactions.

Lady at the counter has an attitude and didn’t even ring up the correct drink. When I informed her it was wrong she said “oh well” and walked away. Poor customer service.

The girl taking orders at the drive through today 09/10/2023 and making the coffee was being so rude and nasty. I will not be back to this location. I get everyone has a bad day but that doesn’t give you the right to be nasty to customers that were nothing but polite when ordering.
