The counter person was very friendly and helpful. The food was cooked well- I had tenders that were hit and crispy. KFC finally has really good French fries now-crispy, thin, flour coated with good flavor.

My order was sitting on the back counter. Had to ask where my order is? Wasn't complete when I asked for it, cold mashed potatoes. This place was outstanding before the renovation. Another corporation look alike loss.

Terrible service … whoever working drive thru at 7:30 pm taking orders on December 3rd needs an attitude adjustment went to order from the start she had an attitude while we were ordering she kept cutting us off because we both could not hear eachother also rushing our order like she didn’t want to take it (which I work in the food industry I understand but even on my worst days I don’t take it out on people who just tryna get food) but after we were finished she cut us off and proceeded to say “alright that will be $$ I don’t got time for this yall getting on my nerves”
