Surprisingly good food and great presentation. Excellent and authentic Mexican. I don’t think they serve alcohol and from outside it doesn’t look like much but don’t be fooled. It was clean and some of best Mexican I have had since Manzanilla.

The best food I ever tried

Love their food and the service is always good. Not your run-of-the-mill Mexican/Latin, but unique dishes, great flavors, amazing value for not much money. We eat there every time we're in Brunswick, sometimes 2-3 days in a row.

I didn't like the food there was bugs in the ketchup and the drinks were rotten the food was hard and gross and there rating is a 94% which I think is not good at all

My first time eating at this quaint little restaurant and it was SO delicious!! The homemade chips and salsa, huarache and chicken quesadilla were wonderful! They are decently priced and you won't leave hungry. It's a great place for a quick low key dinner. I highly recommend!

2 complaints ; #1 - No queso fundido? #2- The sauces are not that good ( especially the orange spicy mayo like- not Mexican at all) Other than these two things the food is amazing overall. The Tacos al Pastor and carne Asada are excellent and priced correctly. I will definitely be coming back just hope the can make these small changes .

Just ate her for the first time and it was incredible. Most authentic Mexican meal I've ever had outside of Mexico. Friendly staff. I had the Alambre and could not finish it. Easily enough for two. Still I tried...

First time here... Tacos are really good. Pastor had small chunks of Pineapple and they are ridiculously good. Chips are homemade, but wish they were warm. Great tacos!

Truly authentic Mexican food in downtown Brunswick. Chips are homemade. Chilaquiles and empanadas both fantastic and made to order. Friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere.

The best and most authentic Mexican food I have had in 45 years and I have spent time off the beaten path in Mexico as well as having grown up in Los Angeles where there is plenty of authentic Mexican food if you know where to go. The food here in my opinion is fantastic, reasonably priced and generous in quantity. You may be more used to the usual fare from the other Mexican restaurants and perhaps find authentic too different to be to your liking but I think this place is great. Don't be turned off by the location or basic look because this is the REAL DEAL! I have had take out from here three times in two weeks purchased for my family and it was great every time and everyone liked it. Have enjoyed trying new dishes I have NEVER seen on a gringo Mexican restaurant menu (okay just so you don't get offended ... I am a gringo). Next time I am going to try nopales and onions (try finding that anywhere else). Last time there I tried the enchiladas and they were significantly different from usual Mexican restaurant fare but were very tasty. Also tried Alambra which I never had before and it was really good and generous quantity. The cheese chili rellenos are the best I have ever had and the giant steak burrito grande was very good(frankly large enough for two people). They use a different kind of cheese than used in most places. The beans were the best I have ever had. The tamales were giant though they do include the bone as is traditional. The tacos are soft tacos and not very big but hey you can even have a tongue filled taco on a fresh homemade corn tortilla and the price is right. My wife tried fish but said it was only okay. If you have never tried authentic Mexican food you should at least try it once to see what that is. Your taste may vary from mine. Also, if you want to purchase great chorizo to cook yourself at home for great chorizo and eggs get it from their store because it is excellent unlike the really bad stuff sold in the all of the supermarkets. I have not been able to find good chorizo since leaving Los Angeles 25 years ago but they have it in the small store here. I will only go here from now on when I want authentic Mexican cuisine.*** Highest possible recommendation. ***
