Poor service. We ordered six pizzas for a party to be picked up several hours later, at a specific time. The order was paid for when the phone order was made. They still forget and put them in the oven only several minutes after I came to pick them up at the appointed time. 45 minute delay.

My husband and I have been ordering with Papa John's for years for ourselves and family. For a long time we had no real issues. However, as of lately it has been a much different story. About a month ago or less I ordered my normal Papadia (Parmesan Crusted Grilled Buffalo Chicken) and received a BBQ Chicken and Bacon Papadia. I called and spoke to the manager that was on duty. He let me know that they could credit my account or send me what I had ordered. Also that it would be about forty to forty-five minutes before I would get it. So I told him I wanted what I had ordered. I then repeated the order to him three times that it was the Parmesan Crusted Grilled Buffalo Chicken Papadia. I mainly wanted to insure that I would get the correct order because that's what I had paid for. Not to mention that was what I wanted to eat and also my favorite Papadia. Well I received the order in forty-five minutes and it was a Grilled Buffalo Chicken Papadia. It wasn't Parmesan Crusted but by then I was hungry and wasn't going to fuss about it. I did not leave a review at that time. Well fast forward to tonight. My husband and I wanted to order Papa John's because we do really enjoy their food. So we ordered a pizza, two different desserts, and of course my favorite Papadia (Parmesan Crusted Grilled Buffalo Chicken). We received the order and my Papadia was missing.?We called and again like previously they said that they could credit our account, or send it out to us. So I asked for them to send the Papadia and was told it would be an additional forty-five minutes to receive it. Meanwhile, the partial order we received already is getting cold. It's honestly just frustrating at this point. I hate leaving this review because we have been long standing customers. However, my hope is that someone in management at Papa John's reads this and determines the causes for these issues. Then comes up with a solution and implements a procedure to correct these issues.

Ordered pizza thru doordash. Doordash was great. The pizza was awful. It looked like it was thrown together. I asked for extra cheese and it barely had any cheese. Almost $20 for a medium pizza. $31 after delivery and taxes. Just really lousy pizza. It seems like all these fast food places have just seriously lowered thier standards. The manager at PJ...bonehead.

I NEVER leave reviews, but this time it is warranted! I ordered the Barbecue boneless wings and when they arrived, it looked like dry frozen nuggets with a splash of barbecue squirted on top of half of them, NOTHING as advertised. Is it so hard to look as if you tried to recreate the advertised item! I have never had any issues with them, but this was ridiculous to say the least. Wish I could post a picture!

I never leave reviews but I just waited 2 hours and 30 minutes to get my pizza delivered (18 minutes away). Had issues multiple times, and via multiple devices, where I place an order online and it does not go through. Their IT staff called, an hour in, and told me they'd reorder it for me but even they couldn't get a hold of the staff at location. I had to call and reorder my pizza and recieved it an hour later.One time happens, but these issues happen 50% of the time I order through this location. (Also was offered no discount or anything for the wait and 3 total phone calls I was on)

I've been there twice and both times I had the Pepperoni Stuffed Crust pizza. And omg it was so good I ate 6 slices, ?.You have got to try the Pepperoni Stuff Crust or even the Regular Stuffed Crust.My only problem now is deciding what I'm going to order next time . Decisions, decisions..See you guys soon!!Papa John's Pizza is the best.

Been ordering pizza for years to same address. Was told we are out of their area. 4 miles away. Door dash drivers should be required to have GPS. 3 different times ,No delivery couldn't find it. I drove down. Took over 2 hours start to finish to eat. Not mad just annoyed and disappointed. They lost a very loyal customer. Door dash should do better too.
