First,I will say I would not recommend this place I called ten times the other in a thirty min time frame and was hung up on everyone of them.I decided I needed to go down and try to place my order could not get them to open the drive thru window and seen a driver open a bow and pic pieces that he eat before putting the box into the delivery bag before leaving store .l witnessed this myself looking thru the right hand entrance door

Call to make a order was put on hold for 20 minutes and still no one comes back to take my order. I recalled and all I got was the dial tone. I will never try to order from this location again.

After my new location did not set and my order was sent to Brunswick location I immediately called and the lady that answered the phone told me I would have to come get it. I explained the order was just placed and I was in Texas. She hung up on me. Called back and asked to speak to a manager and she said they were busy hung up on me again. Called a third time and explained I was going to continue to call until I spoke with a manager to cancel the order and explain and she got mad and started mumbling stuff and said hold then hung up on me a third time.

Horrible service!The employees thought it was a great idea to hang out in the parking lot listening to music in their cars and smoking cigarettes instead of doing their jobs on the inside. Food was gross and the service is just as gross.

I would suggest trying a different location- the gentleman taking phone orders was rather rude, and I had to repeat the order 5 times. I was ordering 2 pizzas with 2 toppings, and waited until he said, “what else” before adding the 2nd pizza information. Each of 4 times he completed the 2nd pizza, he would say, now what was the first one? And of course after completing that information, he would follow with- “now what was the second one?”. I thanked him when he finally completed the order, and he said nothing and hung up! With customer service that poor, I simply can’t justify that experience for anyone. A little kindness, and basic good manners go a long way.

Would give zero stars if I could. Placed order at 11pm. Said would be delivered in 55 mins. Then it said 88. Then it said one am. No call or contact from the store. Waited up hungry with my travel tired family til 1am, only to find at 1:05 they canceled my order and refunded me. Meanwhile now nothing is open and instead we go to bed hungry.

Would have given more but I ordered big dinner box and thank God I looked I was missing wings waited 3 min to get attention. Was asked for receipt gave then waited 10 min and told they were out of the one I wanted told and waited another 5 min.... now remember I still have my other food. Means food cold....... Bad customer service......
