Called to report this was found in my meal and the guy simple said “okay.” Like it wasn’t a big deal.

This location is so terrible, tastes completely different from the location on Eisenhower, in the worst way. The sauces are watery and the place just seems dirty af. They’re also getting over with those bowl sizes, the size of a large bowl at this location is not the same as it is at the others but the price is the same, pathetic . The food at the victory location can best be compared to dog food in my opinion.

I don’t know I didn’t like it. The food was very bland, season of Japan needs to season their food!! Everything was cooked OK it’s just taste ,$13 for shrimp and chicken with one scoop of rice is a little pricey just for lunch. I had some soy sauce at work so that made it taste better. If you don’t need seasoned food or overly seasoned food, then you would like it here.

Restaurant was very dirty and questionable moldy as the ceiling has SO much water damage. Food was not fresh and did not seem to be what we ordered. Very salty food and mushy. Will not go back and DO NOT recommend to anyone else.

Food has always been great every time I've been. Employees are friendly and professional. Pretty clean and they have the coke freestyle machine with over 100 flavors!

Doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t secure food with door dash orders. Bags be wide open with no seal or tape, food can be easily tampered with.

I have realized the people of Brunswick have bad taste in food… I think it is because it does not have a plethora to offer like some other places and people are use to chain food around here, but Seasons of Japan is a very sorry excuse for Japanese food, it is a slap in the face to traditional Japanese cuisine. The quality of the food is low, the food comes out warm at best, the cashier seems like they are about to fall asleep, the place is very outdated and in need of a remodel, the window clings/stickers are literally from when the place opened well over 10 years ago… it doesn’t take much work to either replace or remove the peeling window clings/stickers… they are completely faded out and peeling off.Everything in there just seemed dirty… I honestly cannot say anything good about this place, besides it’s location.I didn’t even finish my food, I threw it away.

This place used to be jam up. Now there’s only 1 cashier every time. It’s so slow. The food quality is wayyy down. Stained ceiling tiles. Worn out chairs/tables. Its a bummer because I really like the choices and flavors. Put some money back into your business.
