Terrible! One person ahead of me in line. And I waited forever. The ice cream was down. Ordered a slush, tots, and pickle fries. Drink was ok, but the food not good at all. Tots tasted fine, but there was only like 6 in the box. The pickle fries are what made me mad. The entire order was small pieces of broken up breading. Out of maybe 20 pieces, about 4 or 5 had a small piece of pickle in it. It was beyond disappointing to pay $4 for a bag of bread crumbs.

Waited over 25 minutes for two hot dogs two drinks and two onion rings employees playing outside at a table on a bike through the drive-thru very rude and the wait is horrible. We will not be coming back and I warn anybody from eating at this place management needs to clean it up thank you

The worst service that i ve ever had at a fast food place, we pulled up ordered our food paid for it, waited 30 minutes and they never came out, i push the red button for her to tell me my order never went through, so i drove around to the window again waited 15 minutes , for cold food, hard tots and a chilli dog that had me running to the restroom all night, the customer service was poor, and they didnt even have ketchup, never going back, and will not encourage anyone else to go. i wish tgat i would have read these reviews first, or listen to my daughter about this place yall need to shut this location down asap

Was told they were out of lemonade, ice cream and slushy machines didn't work, couldn't get anyone to answer the intercom so had to drive to window to even order, in which they ignored me for a good 5 minutes, then went to pay and they couldn't take a split payment?! Apparently they can't do anything, so not sure why they are open?? Won't be back, not to this location anyway!!

You can order in the app and pay and leave a tip or over intercom and they will ignore you. Last time I got food from here the food was cold they don’t care.

3 people outside we pulled into a stall and pressed the button and no one came overand said be right with you or anything so we left and the same 3 people was still out side just sitting it looks abandoned and should be shut down with sucks because I love sonic but that was

The last several times I've gone were a disaster. Incredibly long wait times/nothing you want to order is available. The employees who show up have been super nice and are trying their best but the fact that I ended up not being able to actually order anything the last three times I have gone has made me not want to go back for a while.

Sat in drive thru, no one ever answered. Pulled around and talked to a friend who had Pulled up to the speaker and ordered, talked to him for 20 minutes , still had not got his food when I left, he only ordered one meal. I didn't order anything.

This location has poor customer service. And presentation suck.seem like Nothing but kids fresh out of high school, standing around not doing anything.they mess up people orders and takes really long so people would leave the drive. If I could would give them no star at all ??
