Just stopped by this Starbucks on our way to Charlotte and the barista taking our order at the drive through was incredibly friendly and helpful. Not just while taking our order, but also while accepting payment. It’s not often people pause to actually be personable. Breath of fresh air having great service like that! I ended up parking the car to walk in and ask what her name was, Thanks E for your kindness and quick service!

Shockingly bad service! Four associates and not one said anything to me for almost a minute. I finally walked out, disappointed that I didn't get the typical 'Bucks treatment. :(
