Like everyone else if there was zero star options I’d choose. I walk in and they are doing a bunch of online orders telling me it’s gonna be a long wait.. okay no problem, five minute wait starts making my sandwhich and literally the other coworker is like “don’t piss me off anymore I’m already pissed” another one blurting out “im broke” no sense of urgency or hospitality just staring at you wishing you’d walk out the door. WORST SUBWAY EVERE

Perry was real kind fast and accurate he made my sandwich perfect and he was patient with my extra requests of how to make my food was perfect and ms Kayla was real love was friendly and really made me feel thankful

Only one employee making food while manager doing nothing to help. Lots of people waiting in line and I see people walking out the door. Waiting long time until my order was taken. If I was not hungry I probably left but I was really hungry.

Walked in at 9pm to order a sub because online it says they close at 10. As soon as I walked in I was told they were closed. So I left and went to win Dixie. When I came out and walked to my car I saw an extra person in there (they were smoking) and when they noticed me looking she got up and left with her subway order (even though they were "closed")

When entering the counter to order, the employee looked at us, then continued to stock for a good minute. Out of meatballs, it was 5 pm. All the veggies were covered with discolored tops, therefore, I could not see my topping options. Then when I cashed out, it asked for a tip for the server.?

If where I could be no stars!Nothing was stocked ! Meats, condiment, most veggies, breed was old .Had teen "working " well they call them selfs working .Was more worried about talk there day instead of help Customers. Poor customer service an poor food quality give a bad name to the subway here in Brunswick ga. I hope the store on an manager pay more attention to the employees they hair to Represent the store an chain name !

I have never had a problem with subways service at all until today. i ordered through the app and waited at least 7 minute before it said “building”. it said the estimated time to pick up was 7:20 which i had already waited 20 minutes for it to be done. so my significant other decides to go pick up the food. comes to find out they haven’t even started making the order due to not having flat bread. yet they couldn’t contact me and tell me that. had to wait an extra 15 minutes just for them to do the order. ridiculous. and still failed to get the order correct.

Bread has always been fresh. Ingredients(meats and sides) have been fresh. Soft drinks are not watered down. Things are what you expect.

The food is great as always. The service was great. (Everyone should know what they want when ordering your sandwich. Don't stand there trying to figure it out.) The store I visited today is usually very busy ay lunch time and you will wait in line. BE PATIENT. Thanks to the employees and the owner of this Subway. (Next to Winn Dixie on Spur 25)

If I could give it a zero I would, got my food like always it was very nasty in that place, anything was that he didn't have gloves on while touching the meat, and then when I ate my food it felt off, wasn’t the best. But then I was sick to my stomach…. Something didn’t set right but apparently it wasn’t just me , it was other people as well.

This subway has the laziest employees. They shut and locked the door while we was in there and said we was closed too the gentleman that was bout to walk in cause they was not wanting to do there job..
