Horrible experience. Workers very rude from the jump just for the food to not be good or cooked right at all. Mexican pizza/tacos comes out tasting like cardboard because they don’t change their oils out. As much as I love taco bell, this one will not be getting any business from my family and friends and I. Thank you.

Absolutely horrible! Specifically asked for NO beans on my burrito and of course there were beans on it. Husband ordered a crunch wrap and there was no meat in it! We asked an employee to take our order and we were informed that we could use the kiosk. Why do I want to do your job?? This place needs new managers who can PROPERLY train the employees!

Worse encounter ever. The STAFF is rude and REFUSE to assist customers. They make customers use the Kiosk and then when you have cash they inform you “Oh I have to take your order here at the counter and you will need to replace your whole order” NO , I don’t think so, I will gladly take my business and money elsewhere. I was making a $60.00 purchase that they last and I will NEVER GO TO THE TACO BELL IN BRUNSWICK GA AGAIN.
Obviously Taco Bell isn't fine dining but as far as fast food goes this T B does very well in service and food both. Never have a problem with then.

We ordered a pack(12) crunchy taco supreme and 6 soft taco supreme and when we drove around and the rudest, woman with bright red hair informed me it would be $52 and some change!!! She couldn’t explain to me how much the packs were and her answer to my question was that I got supreme and they cost more!! She got very short and asked me if I wanted the tacos or not! ?? What happened to “customers always right…”? She didn’t even try to address my questions! The lower class employment has sure changed!! You wouldn’t keep a job treating ANYONE but kind!

I was so looking forward to eating Taco Bell as I don't allow myself this guilty pleasure too often; however I was sorely disappointed in the quality of the food. I ordered take out of 1 chicken bowl, 2 chalupas, 1 burrito supreme and 2 soft tacos. When I arrived home a short time later all the food was seriously cold and seemed to have been made hours beforehand. The food was not only not fresh but it seemed it was made poorly to begin with...
