Ordered with thier online service and was charged twice for the same order. Was charged for the order twice and had to spend a hour on the phone with customer service to get the issue resolved. When I went to pick up my order I was deliver 2 very soggy stone cold pizzas. Manager at the location was unapologetic and refused to assist. Terrible experience at this location.

Best authentic pizza I've had in Georgia. If you like crappy chain pizza you might wrongly call Alino's pizza over-priced. Ask for extra basil and ask them to cook it a little longer if you like a slightly crunchy crust.

A nice newer addition to Mall of Georgia. The slices are huge bc the pizzas are huge. They do only come in one size. They're all delicious but I'm partial to the bianca and the margarita pizzas myself. Service is patient and friendly and the place itself is spacious and clean. I like the side toppings you can add yourself like the garlic, peppers, oils on the side; reminiscent of Antico in Atlanta and DeSano in Nashville except this place is friendlier and less crowded. Excellent pizza for the Buford area.

I cannot believe I never reviewed Parma. It's always clean, they have kept the same friendly faces even throughout a pandemic, the food if fresh and fast! They use quality ingredients and it makes a difference. This is the most authentic tasting pizza and sauce as I would have in Italy.

Such a great spot for big groups! Pizza was delicious. We ordered the Sorento and Milano along with the red blend bottle of wine. Enjoyed the food and great conversation. I'll be back Pies are great for two people to share. Thin crust, soft and fluffy.

Good pizza that is a welcomed break to the large delivery chains. They cook the pizzas to order in large wood fired ovens. The selection is limited to only what they have on their menu and they will not do substitutions. Its their way or no way which is one of the only bad parts to this business. There is no parking nearby since it's at the mall of Georgia so you will have to walk a short distance. There is plenty of seating inside and they serve beer, wine, and Coke products. They have a 2 large coolers for the standard Italian dessert selections. Great place to stop in for a slice!!!

It saddens me to write a bad review of a place I have been going to for years with my family and have throughly enjoyed. But this is the second time in a couple of months it has happened to me. The pizza is great but the staff taking orders lately has been extremely rude. If your not a people person you shouldn't be taking orders. Sad. But will not return until staff is replaced.
