My husband was given a farewell dinner for his retirement at Bare Bones. Admittedly I wasn't expecting much since food at large events is basically ok. I was pleasantly impressed by the variety and quality of the food. The salads and sides had as much attention to detail as the entrees, which were varied to accommodate many people. I had the Salmon and my husband had the steak. Both were prepared well and cooked to our liking. The desserts were also varied and had the same quality. I had the ganache cake, which was a nice ending to the meal. My husband had the cream brûlée he was just as impressed. I heard no complaints and every one was satisfied . The room where we were seated was intimate yet roomy enough to walk around with ease. It provided a nice setting for pictures. The wait staff from the hostess and the roof top bar were nice and accommodating. The wait staff in the room were nice, friendly, polite and efficient. We had a wonderful time. We intend to come back soon.

From the welcome as we walked in, to the drinks at the bar, to the second floor dining… perfection!

With years of being loyal patrons, we can confidently say that we have never had a bad experience here. The quality of their steaks and service is top-notch!One thing you need to know about Bare Bones is that their Onion Ring appetizer is HUGE! It's so generous in portion that even with a family of 5, we rarely manage to finish it. So come hungry or be ready to take some home for later! When it comes to their cocktails, Bare Bones does not disappoint. They have an impressive selection, and we always enjoy trying something new. The mixologists here know their craft, and every sip is a delightful surprise. If you're planning to visit Bare Bones on a weekend, we highly recommend making reservations. This place gets busy, and you don't want to miss out on the culinary experience. Plus, if the weather is warm, don't forget to head up to the rooftop for a magical evening under the stars! The ambiance up there is perfect for those summer nights.Lastly, have you ever eaten in a vault? Well, at Bare Bones, you can! The building used to be a bank in its former days, and they've transformed the vault into a unique dining area. It's an interesting and electric evening, surrounded by history and enjoying delicious food. Definitely something to consider for a special occasion!

We went Friday night for our first visit and couldn't recommend it more! Our server was Nick, he said it was his first week but we never would have been able to tell- he was wonderful! We split the Tomahawk steak, which they cut for us table-side. We also split the mashed potatoes, asparagus, and fries. All of them were delicious! We can't wait to go back already!

Stunning experience! The service from the moment we entered until we left was truly 5 star. The food was perfect. My steak was excellent. Honestly I can't wait to come back again. Lastly the building has such neat stories that are told by the managers. Built in the early 1900s they pay it its respect! Very affordable and strongly recommended

My wife and I wanted to try dining on the roof, and we picked the perfect night. Food and service both excellent. Warm night - not hot, ate during sunset. Just fun. Also great place for a drink.

This place is my favorite restaurant. Everything is a 10/10. The staff is incredible and explains everything, even the history of the place. This place is amazing. The food was incredible. I ate the onion rings, Hawaiian ribeye, and flourless brownie, and everything was so good. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. It is definitely worth it.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. The steaks are top notch. Go for the prime cuts. My favorite is the NY Strip medium well. It was prepared to perfection. Sides were tasty as well. Great atmosphere and customer service!

One of the best steaks we’ve ever had! The Wedge salad is to die for. I would state, however, they need to up their game on choice of bread to serve. It is not up to par….I expected much better bread in that type of restaurant.
