I was going to eat here but then upon trying the samples the food was very dry, lacked a lot of flavor. It seemed like it was the food from the night prior. The employee was very friendly though. I walked away because the food just wasn't good.

My kid and I chose Bourbon Street Cafe because 1. an employee leaned across the counter and offered us a sample of chicken and 2. there was no line. I doubt that I'd go out of my way to choose this place again, but I'm glad that we tried. They didn't have any fish, so I went with the spicy chicken with one side that was a pretty good deal at $8.99, but didn't include a drink. So for one adult and one child to eat lunch and share a drink, it was $25. For "food court lunch" that felt high, but it was pretty tasty. The kid's honey chicken was radioactive in color and very sweet and oozy, but tasted pretty good. The cabbage/broccoli side dish was desperate for salt or seasoning of any kind. Can't really speak of the ambiance since it was eating in a food court setting, but I worked at Mall of GA many years ago and have never really liked being in the food court.

My wife ate half her plate just to find a dead bug the same tan color as the food..... yeah she is good on not coming back after that.

The rice was over cooked and hard at the same time like how? The chicken and noodles were what it is nothing special. However after 10 min of eating just know it all came back up. Bring the OLD CHEFS BACK SMH

This has been my favorite Chinese spot since they've opened! The ladies in the front are so sweet. Just get the bourbon chicken and add some extra bourbon sauce to your noodles/rice/sides, so good!! Everyones fried rice in the food court is kinda bland, but with the sauce so good :)

Technically, I did just eat vegetable fried rice since my serving contained two peas and one carrot cube! Oh, wait, was that a piece of egg? Nope, just lighter colored rice.

Food was just ok... Nothing to brag about . Its mall food... A little on the cold side .. most of the food wasnt fresh.. they didnt have too many customers... I guess that should have been a warning sign... Needed more flavor.... Seasme chicken was horrible.. not edible at all... Just had a weird taste... Mac and cheese had everything but the cheese..... But cant expect too much from mac and cheese from this type of place.... Tasted stale.... Bourbon chicken was just ok.. the noodles was the best part of it all .

The only thing remotely close to "cajun" is the name, this place is entirely asian/chinese, a 'Cajun Cafe & Grill' as the sign says. Food was pretty oily, rice was pretty bland, and just overall unappetizing. The only redeeming quality is that the staff is well-mannered and courteous.
