Since my last review in 2018 this restaurant has stepped up their customer service and the food quality . Only problem I see is the bar. We asked not to be seated there and was told that was all that was available and the place was full of loud cursing drunks. One family got up and left with their children. It’s a drinking hang out after 4 pm.

Good, but nothing out of the ordinary. I ordered shrimp fajitas. It looked and tasted like the same dish I have had in 50 different restaurants around the country. But that tends to be one of the attractions for these places. The menu, flavors and food seems to be pretty consistent. Service was good. Price was right. I would go back if I was in the mood for Mexican food.

Our party of 2 adults and 3 teenagers visited Bravo's for Sunday dinner. We had the Shrimp Tacos, Tacos Supreme, Burrito Pastor, Enchiladas Supreme, and Shrimp Fajitas. We also had rice and beans on the side. The dinner could not have been any better. Great family restaurant, excellent food and excellent service.

I have been coming here for years and always found the staff very friendly & efficient. I don’t know what has happened recently, but they have taken a nose dive. My last two visits have been horrible. I have sat for 15+ minutes just for the staff to come visit us. Food has been great, just service ruined the experience. You know it’s bad when your discussing alternatives for the restaurant you are at. I will give them a try again, but it will be a long while before I do.

No one else in the restaurant and they refused to take our order. They don't care about customers. Full plexiglass front so you can't breath on them. You have to grab their metal door handle just like everyone else but they don't wipe it down.

Came here tonight for a pitcher of margaritas and dinner. As always, we sat at the bar and Juan wasn’t working. He is the best. Other bartender, I think Victor, was working and he is S.L.O.W. We got our chips and 5-7 minutes later Victor finally took our drink order. We had a drink and then 10-15 minutes later he took our dinner order which came out in like 3 minutes! When I asked for the bill, for a combo, pitcher of house margaritas and a hard taco and a quesadilla, it was $47.41. I know they charge for queso on the enchilada, but for the combo, they charge $3.75 for queso. I could get a small bowl for nearly that price! They also do an up charge for steak, not uncommon. Still, they are not as cheap as you would think. With ripping you off for cheese, premixed margaritas, and poor to slow service, we won’t be coming back here again! Service has gone down hill the past few years!

Met a friend here for an early dinner. Food is good, service we received from Fernanda was excellent. Come early if you can, buy 7 we could see there was a wait.

Eaten here easily more than 50 times and have not observed the quality off one time. Usually after church service lets out there's a dash by area church members to beat the crowd thronging the place. Jose, a manager, is always there to greet you as are the friendly, happy staff. Most of the workers we've seen there for multiple years. Many choices of fresh ingredients. The mode is Chipotle or Moe's style, but more fresh and friendly. Everything can be customized on the spot. 6 different shell formats to start: tacos, burritos, quesadillas, bowls, etc. We usually get the burrito with light rice, black beans, spicy chicken. The other meats like steak, grilled fish, or shrimp are excellent and flavorful. I add pico, onion, plenty of cut cilantro, lettuce, and salsa. If your taste buds don't get happy with this combo, your taste buds are deceased. Combos of entree, salsa & chips, plus drink are less than $10. 1 kid eats free with 1 adult purchase. Hard to over rate this place.

We were looking for a place to get a quick dinner before a concert last night and found this place in a strip shopping center. There was a short line waiting to be served, but it moved at a good pace. When it was our turn to order, I said it was my first time and I was not sure what to order. The taco salad was suggested and I'm glad I took the suggestion. You get a large taco bowl (if you want it), then you pick the ingredients you want inside. They mix these ingredients in a bowl and then put them in the taco shell. It's all done as you watch and walk through the line. My husband got the nachos and got to pick exactly which ingredients he wanted. This was a very good experience. The employees were all very courteous and friendly. The food was great and the price was reasonable. We enjoyed our meal and were on our way to the concert with plenty of time to spare.

Always fresh and prepared as you wait! No better place to eat! Enjoy a Bravo salad bowl or specialty burrito or customized nachos.

This Mexican restaurant has a made to order menu and you can watch as it is prepared. It more of a fast food style atmosphere but the food is fresh and hot. The staff is exceptional and always greet you in the restaurant. I was impressed that they had a container of fresh chopped cilantro and chopped jalapenos that were not pickled. Most importantly, they have a Health Code rating of 100 and they were voted Best of Gwinnett 2015, 2016 and 2017. We will definitely go back!

This place is great, fresh food fast. Way better than many other Mexican restaurants.... the servers are very nice and know the menu and can offer suggestions. The chips and salsa are really good and the lunch specials are great as well as the dinner specials. I have not had one bad meal at this restaurant. I love this food and go as often as I can. This is a mid-range priced meal but worth every penny.
