Haven’t been to this place in a while but you walk in everyone’s chilling gives off this dead restaurant feel we finally get sat down and after waiting over 10 minutes to just even get a drink in an empty restaurant we just left, go across the walkway to Red Robin’s it’s better anyways

There is poor training at this location. When corporate sends out promotional offers, so you go to try have a nice evening out with your family on a budget. You get there and the poor associate has to go back in forth 3 times, before a "manager" comes over and says that they refuse to honor it. Claiming that it was takeout only, when nowhere on app or email states it.Then my sister calls back to get the district manager number and a different manager answers. Refuses to give the number and states that they will contact her back. So that pretty much means she is never going get a call back.Avoid this location at all cost.

If you like DRY overcooked chicken and barely any fries, then please come here. Food is OVERPRICED. Zaxbys has better wings for a fraction of the cost. Service was lacking as well. Wouldn’t hurt if the waitress put a smile on her face.

Don was our server today for our visit and he was super friendly and attentive to our table! He got me a refill without even having to ask and he offered to go drinks for me and my mom! Super amazing server! Our food also came out fresh and hot.
