“Finally a place with authentic tasting Jamaican food. So happy. Will be a repeat customer. Jerk chicken was yummy, cabbage, rice and peas and plantains. Large amount for a great price. I will just ask for more sauce since they give you that on the side ?Much success to you always.Peace and blessings,Madison“
“This place is outstanding. We moved to Buford from Savannah. We experienced great seafood in Savannah. We found that Fish Tales equals any seafood restaurant we have tried in Savannah. First, our server, Ofek, was outstanding. He treated us like family. He was probably one of the best servers we have ever had.As for food. My wife got the grouper basket. She normally doesn't get fried food, but tried this. She is now hooked on the fish basket. She said leftovers were almost as good as the original meal. I got the seafood basket. The oysters were outstanding. The shrimp were average. Next time, I will get the grouper and oysters.I got the Tale Ale and my wife got wine. Both were great. This place is a definite go to. Prices are great and views are beautiful. I highly recommend.Wheelchair accessibility: Did not see wheelchair accessibility“
“We liked it very much, the food was a little cold but with good flavor. They treated us very well. My husband thanks you for the encouragement you gave us when he suffered a heart attack there and we had to leave, but he is fine now and sends his regards. He regrets not having enjoyed his favorite dish.“
“Oh my goodness I came here for lunch and I was expecting a lunch portion. Let me tell you the food was amazing and I’m just surprised that this Jamaican restaurant is here in the middle of Buford. This is the type of place you would find on the east side of Atlanta. I had the curry chicken and the rice and peas and my only complaint was the portion size you can literally eat half of this for lunch and the other half for dinner right now I’m sitting here wondering how I’m gonna make it through the rest of the day ???without passing out…. five star and they have a customer for dinner for sure. Chicken was tender and full of flavor. No brainer for real food. Best restaurant in the buford area. Period. Its a casual scenery so better suited for carryout though. I had a bottle of coconut water to wash it down, and the only difference between this and real coconut water is the fact that this was in a bottle and it was colder. Definitely not the stuff that you used to buy in the stores that they call coconut water.“
