How do you run a healthy restaurant and only have 3 ingredients for everything in said restaurant not offering any type of concession to make up for not having everything to go in a salad or give more of what they do have? It's amazing to me that the concept of good business is still missed these days. I'd rather have a sale than no sale plus it would help with customer retention because it lets the customer know you value them. I know this might be one of a few healthy places to eat at around the area but I'd recommend skipping this place and opting for another. Why spend your hard-earned money on food that's expensive that when it's done right it's worth the price but when it's done wrong take your business somewhere else, so please take your business somewhere else.

If it weren't for the manager Imani, this place would get all 1 stars. Both times I went, the salad bar staff was extremely rude. The 2nd lady had the audacity to scoop some spilled dip from outside of the tray and put it in my bowl, instead of wiping it clean and just serving me fresh dip from on the bowl. It's giving r@(!$+. The falafel was horrible I literally threw them out. I made a complaint to the manager and she was very understanding and genuine. Thank goodness for her. Those other girls need a serious vibe check & a re-training on customer service and basic people skills. What a shame.

Don’t do a mobile order if you wanna save time. I have put in a few mobile orders at this location and every time i walk in, the foods not ready, which is fine. I know food can’t be ready exactly on time every time and I’m a patient person. However, every time, i have to remind the staff 3-4 times that im waiting on a mobile order. I typically have to wait 20-30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time to get my food. One cashier there completely ignores me every time i come too. Last time i went to pick up (they weren’t busy at all), i came to stand by the register to wait my turn so i could tell them i was picking up an order. The cashier finished what he was doing with a previous customer, made eye contact with me, then turned away and ignored me. I have done my fair share of food and service work and i know what it’s like to be behind the counter so i try to be as nice as possible, but this place makes it very hard. The food is good though!

The staff provides excellent service. They do not skimp on bowls. The food is generally really good. I dont recommend getting the cava in-house
Service was absolutely the worst I have experienced and I have lived in Buford for many years and I love CAVA but when you have a line almost to the door and upset customers because the employees take no pride in their work it causes problems. That was the last time I will be stepping into the Buford location because the service ruined it for me. I will continue to go to the Duluth location instead.

Customer service was great and the food is amazing!!. The restaurant is clean and I was greeted by the associates who very pleasant and full of smiles. I will definitely be back soon!!!
