This by far was the worse Charley’s experience I had and most expensive as she was just overcharging and the staff is horrible nobody to talk to about the rude service. Can’t even get ahold of a manager or corprorate level they just hiring people that can’t understand your issues nor try to resolve them as I paid for a large meal and she gon charge me an extra 4.77 for a large which the price said 13.79 and had already paid 17 and some change she rolling her neck like she got an attitude my fries were not a large and all they said was no manager there I will never go back to this location and encourage anybody who reads this not to neither.

My only suggestion for food service orders is that Charley's secures the food and drinks in a staples or sealed bag. There are some nasty folks out there and you just don't know what people are doing to or over your food.

One of the better options in Mall of GAs food court for sure. Was fast and just what I expected. Great philly cheesesteak, they did not skimp on toppings at all. Just wish they'd give more fries. Decent pricing for a combo meal.

My stomach hurts so much, I have never eaten something that has caused me this much pain, I woke up at 3:45 am to throw up, this was the worst thing I have ever ate and I will not be coming back.

The customer service in the mall of Georgia location was terrible. A man took my order he didn’t speak. He was nonchalant, and overall just not friendly. I plan on eating at a different restaurant in the food court when I come back to the mall.

Be prepared to get a lot of bread and little meat. Overpriced sandwiches and they don't put any meat on the ends. When I asked about it she told me that's a large. I would suggest trying another sandwich place.

Picked up order placed/paid online, location is inside the mall, and there is only ONE spot to park for "Food Delivery Pickups", with a 5min time limit.Had to wait in line, behind 3 people, just to get order. Since there were employees standing around, it would have been nice if one had just handed me my already paid order.Ordered a small teriyaki chicken sandwich... it was lacking on substance. Dry, only had a half a tomato slice, and tasted more of the bread then the actual teriyaki chicken.I do like that though toasted, the bread isn't crumbling away like most other places that toast their sandwiches.The woman checking people out was very polite and friendly, but the only person to help.This was a group order, and I do like how names were written on each order.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. It is absurd how inconsiderate the servers are here. Not only will you receive extremely slow service but expect your order to come out incorrectly. I have given this location multiple opportunities to have better service since the food here is really good. The outcome is unfortunately always the same. They used to give a reasonable amount of ingredients in the philly but now they are cheeping out a lot. My small philly had a singular tomato. My suggestion, since this restaurant is already in the mall I would recommend an alternative to this location.

Imagine my surprise, as a normal raving fan, when I walked up to this location 20 minutes before their hours say they're closed to see a guy wiping down the glass on the front, the menus turned off, and everything put up on a Friday night? I very politely ask me if I could place an order to only be told - no. I asked what time they normally closed and they said 9:00 p.m. So, I asked if there was an equipment problem because it was only 8:40 p.m. and the answer was - no sorry. It is just sad and ridiculous when food establishments treat customers this way. As a business owner I would have said "what can I get for you sir"! I have been coming here for years and am not sure that I would return after being treated like this...

service slow and confused , quality of food what you would think for a mall cheesesteak a few things i don't understand . The cashier just walking away when there is a line of people with no explanation just went in the back for 5 minutes. I don't understand the cooking of fries and stacking them up for orders that are gonna be at least 7 more minutes and then being angered when people comment they would like fries that are not cold. I also don't grasp the cheese sauce being in the fridge as it was ice cold. but hey what are you gonna do it's the world we live in today . I would try one of the many other places at the food court moving forward.
