I ordered a meal via Uber eats , and there was no option for sauces. So I called in and specifically asked for my order to have sauce in it. I got my order and the food wasn’t fresh and there was no sauce. I was pretty upset so I drove to them and told the manager my concerns. Chinwe quickly address the situation and made remade my order and gave me the sauces that I needed. She handled the situation extremely well and I am happy with my food and the service that I had gotten!

When I ordered my food there was no one in the line I noticed a few other get their order after I placed my order I went to go stand around since all I ordered were fries nothing else and while doing this I noticed the few people behind the ones with big family’s and the single people all got their food before me which I have no idea why this would happen. I understand if they wanted to get the big orders first but don’t understand why they did my order last out of everyone else this includes like 8 other bags from the people behind and the single people getting all their orders before me, I’m not going to be coming back here again and the fries were salty af.

Ordered delivery via the Chick-Fil-A app. This location uses DoorDash as their delivery.Delivery 'driver' used an eBike, in 30 degree weather, took over 30 minutes, without an insulated container. Needless to say, by the time the late food arrived, it was 30-ish degrees.At least the drinks still had ice....Do not recommend

this is the worst chick fil a I've ever been that , this chick fil a should get shut down !! I'm never coming here again. You guys have the worst parking lot, your employees are rude and don't even get started with the managers I notice there's like one manager that's nice and the rest are very rude
HORRENDOUS service. Waited 20 minutes for a soup and side salad I ordered on the app. The bag was sitting at their station, ready to go the entire time. After 20 minutes I asked someone where my food was, and she brought the bag and said “sorry I didn’t realize it was there”. Do not recommend ordering food here.

I went here one morning because I thought they served breakfast and what a mistake. So I went there and asked about a chicken biscuit because I didn’t have any food in my stomach and I was hungry and they were like “we don’t serve breakfast at this location, I’m so sorry.” I was disappointed because I was wondering what’s the point of opening so early in the morning when you aren’t going to serve breakfast, other than that; I won’t be going there again.

Must have been standing around for 3-5 minutes to get a drink refill. Even then, I had to ask. Everyone else ignored me. The order itself was correct and the fries were actually crispy, unlike a lot of the other locations I’ve visited

As usual Chick fil A is great doesn't matter where you get it. The staff was super friendly, the service was fast and in a short time we were enjoying our fix. This location is within the Georgia Mall food court. At times there could be issues finding where to sit to eat. However the cleaning staff quickly clean the tables and shortly after getting your food you can be enjoying it. The lines where short for weekend lunch and the waiting area was organized properly. All in all I recommend this location.
