My wife and I share the same birthday and we got married in our birthday, so it's our anniversary as well. We went to Chili's and it was just bad. The waitress either thought we were lying or just didn't care that it was both of our birthdays and anniversary. They messed up my food, even after explaining it thoroughly. Just don't go.

Katelyn was not the best waitress. She wouldn't service me an alcoholic beverage just because my driver's license was expired. As if my age changed. What would have been the difference if it was an ID. It services the same purpose to show that I'm 40 years old born in 1984. After her co-worker came to service the lemonade for my children very nonchalant as if they had a conversation in the back. Safe to say I'm not pleased with my service.
When purchasing food via carrot from the Chili’s in the mall of Georgia area, steak fajitas and burger bites were undercooked which poses a health risk and exposure to E. coli. I will not visit again. The only good part of the service was that the carryout specialist brought our food very quickly, and she was very pleasant. She deserves a raise.

You know what you're getting with Chili's. We were there on a Saturday afternoon. The Female bartender with the colorful hair was amazing. Very friendly, polite, and attentive.
We (family) with 9 people went today for dinner at Chillis buford location. According to order, server gave my friend steak which was different order. After that, my friend found his order was deliver to other person. He inform to server accordingly and she inform manager (MIKE) and mike came to my friend aggressively and confirm that THIS IS THE RIGHT FOOD, and assumed that my friend was wrong. He also told my friend to leave store. Mike was so aggressive and unprofessional. We used to go this location but we will never be this location again. I request to concern management to care this and give feedback to us.The manager’s name is Mike. He deserves to be fired for behaving like this to a customer.

I can’t lie, the food here is so good!! I’m not one for chain restaurants normally but this is my 2nd time here and the food was bussin both times. The burgers are sooooo good, seasoned and juicy. Service was fast and friendly as well. But the food makes it worth it. Thus is the stop when leave the mall of Ga for me and mine from here out

Not a good experience today. We were told the wait was 20 minutes even though over half the tables were empty. While waiting I went to the restroom, and saw these tables (see photos). AJ our server was very prompt and attentive. I ordered the chicken enchilada soup. It came out tasty but very lukewarm. My wife ordered the chips and salsa and this is what we received. Crumbs of chips(photo). The burgers we ordered were delicious though and cooked perfectly. The fries were delicious and very hot. Server pointed to the screen and said check was on it. No thank you or anything.Parking: Only 2 handicap spots
