Ordered take out via Grub Hub. Specifically asked for "medium" spicy level on my General Tsaos (spelling) chicken. My food arrived as mild as can be. I also specifically asked for chopsticks and I received no chopsticks. What's even worse is that I didn't even receive plastic utensils with my delivery. Pretty stupid if you ask me.

House fried rice was really oily , and i could not eat it.The egg roll i couldn't even get a bite to go down. It had a very odd taste.I called to get my money back and the mananger seemed upset and told Me i could only get another food. Not my money. When i cannot eat that food. Just disappointment i wasted $ and ended up having to eat the food i had at home. Which was delicious!I dont recommend this food. Sorry but i am just being honest. Customer service also not to good.

1st time ordering in over a year from them normally food has always been good but yesterday was not edible f 2 different chicken entrees meat was too tough to chew ,hot n sour soup way to thick n gooey. Passable fried rice &spring roll ok. Sorry to say "won't be going back" like to support local business but expect good product in return .

I have ordered from them several times during the pandemic. They deliver with no fees which is fantastic during these delivery company days with the ubereats and door dashers screwing over restaurants, drivers, and consumers. So anyway, the food is Americanized Chinese which is pretty much all you find anymore and essentially what one expects. It's decent with good variety of dishes. The staff is great, delivery happens within about 20 minutes Not sure why the bad reviews, people are bizarre. Yes, some of the employees have heavy accents. Know what? Their English is better than our Chinese so i will pay heed to accent complaints when the haters can speak Chinese without an American accent The food is good for the price and speed. Good selection of dishes, will make anyone in the family happy. Try them out

Disgusting flavorless matter that is being passed off as 'Chinese food'. It looks like Chinese food but it tasted like nothing. There was no flavor at all and the restaurant was disgusting and in complete disarray. Full of postal boxes with mailer menus and cases of to-go containers. A group of Mexicans casually chatting in a booth behind the Great wall of tables that prevent you from entering the old dining room/new stock room. I can't believe I didn't run out of there. It was scary enough walking into that haunted restaurant, let alone eat anything out of there. It was a traumatic experience. Stay away from this place...you health and well being may depend on it!!

Ordered food an hour early all for them to tell me the driver came to work place and that my number was wrong meanwhile they magically called the right number. The driver was called on the phone and without his knowledge said he doesn’t care about my delivery. The food is good but the worst customer service ever!

Not sure why people give them bad reviews. Ordered delivery got egg drop soup, Mongolian beef, regular and shrimp fried rice and an order of wings. All the food we ordered tasted great and the portion sizes where perfect. The delivery man was very kind and wore a mask and maintained distance. Will order again
