Im not sure why my blizzard had a sundae cup as the “lid” because of it melting when blizzards are supposed to be flipped upside down and stay in the cup… workers were all rude and weird ignoring us at the window ?

Young girl with short brown hair needs her attitude checked! I went in to reorder since this young lady at the drive thru caught an attitude with me over a question, I didn’t want her doing anything to my blizzards. As soon as I walked in she turned to her coworker and asked if I was the person in the drive thru. She wouldn’t keep her eyes off me as if she had something to say…. Haven’t been to a Dairy Queen in a while now I remember why. These teenagers and their nasty attitude?
The grandsons deserved a Blizzard for good behavior. ?This Dairy Queen is pretty much like all the other - good ice cream, decent service, and a reasonably clean dining room.

Shouldn’t have to ask for utensils, straws, napkins etc at a drive thru, food was cold, staff seemed bothered. Waste of $20 for certain. Culver’s and Chick fil a will continue to be the best in the fast food game due to their exceptional customer service. My kids asked to go here, but won’t be returning due to the lackluster experience.

Our cashier taker was very rude and having a strong attitude whenever we were telling her our order. Food was good. But definitely wish they had a better environment. Looking forward to the change next time i come.

Had to give a star to leave a review. The Google locator states the drive thru is open until 11pm. It also says the hours has been confirmed by the store. I pull up to the drive thru and everything is off and closed. There was staff inside but noone came to the speaker. If the store is not open until 11pm as Google states , please do us all a favor and correctly update the hours. It's no fun when you have a car full of people who want ice cream only to make a special trip and get surprised with a closed store.
