I am dissatisfied yet again! I go to this location all the time! Just went yesterday and went 3 times last week. 8 out 10 time’s something is going to be wrong! And I have been ask by family and friends when I complain why I come back and they also can’t believe I go back. It is a few employees that I have gotten to trust and know that they will make my experience great even if something is wrong! But I’m all the way done with you all after today! The location is very noisy when you are ordering at the drive through really nobodies issue just location! So being a regular customer I know I have to order loudly! The girl still was about to mess my order up so I needed to speak even louder! I did and I had her read it back to me! As she should! So I get to the window and wanted to use my points! The system is down not the first time I’ve heard that! And I did say everytime I come something is wrong and I didn’t lie it is. She proceeds to say the system being down is not their fault and she was completely right and I agreed but I also let her know my food had been wrong several times (and that’s definitely their fault) I just told her that just adds on to the problems I’ve had before. She proceeds to ask me is that why I had an attitude when I was ordering mind you her tone was all wrong. So I told her I was trying to figure out who she was talking to like that and told her I didn’t have an attitude I was speaking loudly because you can’t hear with all the traffic in the background and I let her know I didn’t have an attitude but I do now! I proceeded to let her know she can keep that food and I will just call and report her! I’ve called one time months before they offered me some discount I never even asked for the discount because I knew I would have to move mountains to get that! When the manager called last time she kept blaming the young girl and I told her it’s managements fault too cause you all train them they are a reflection of you! So I didn’t even say anything about the dumb discount. I’m done with them this time for sure should have been done but I kept giving them a chance just being greedy. None the less I left and went to Taco Bell so I guess if I want fast tacos Taco Bell it will be! Oh how I’m going to miss my sprite popper drink which they have messed up 2 times!!! And that was truly what was saving them!!! That sprite popper drink ???♀️

Del Taco should be renamed Del Yucco. Courts were amazing, then came the tacos. Stale Taco shells. The shells tasted old and expired. That funky taste. Fish taco was overcooked, hard served with a rotten lime. So disappointing. Staff was very nice.

From the looks of the other reviews, looks like we are in the same boat. Don’t eat here. I got the crunchy chicken taco meal that I’ve ordered for decades and I literally got maybe 4 little baby pieces of chicken, didn’t even cover the bottom of the taco shell, none of the sauce and WITH the lettuce and cheese the taco was maybe half full.I brought it up to the manager and she tried telling me this is how the “little tacos” come. I got the taco MEAL.It ended being the same junk for my husbands burrito and for the kids burger. Absolutely waste of $30. Literally you get a ton more at Taco Bell or chipotle. It’s too bad. Del Taco was our jam. But not this one.

The customer service here is terrible! My girlfriend and I came here to get dinner tonight and end of driving off because the customer service was so bad. My girlfriend has never been here so she was looking at the menu. The lady on the microphone after 1 minute of looking at the menu says “can you hurry up we are on a timer”. I said “we are trying, we never ate here before so we are looking at the menu”. Another 30 seconds goes by and she says “you’re at almost 2 mins”. Like are we not allowed to look at the menu for longer than 2 minutes? She then asks us to get out the car and come look at menus inside the restaurant. I understand that they get graded on service times but there is a better way to handle this with the customers. Guess my girlfriend will never be trying to Del Taco and I will never be back. Train your employees better.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered in the drive thru and when I got home I found that I was missing items. I called and the manager said I would have to bring all the food back for a refund. Then when I got to the store the manager wouldn't give me a full refund because I didn't return all the items on the receipt. I explained they didn't give me the items on the receipt I didn't bring and asked how can I return something I never received. The manager said that wasn't her problem and gave me only a partial refund, basically only half of the total order. Well I issued a chargback to recoup the remaining. They don't deserve any of my money, nor should you give them yours. Save your money or go somewhere else. WORST DEL TACO EVER!!

Inside is huge and clean! The drive-through is fast, but if u get a chance to sit down, you should take it! Food is always fresh and correct. The Gen Z staff doesn't smile much, but that's Gen Z for ya.

Service at the counter was good, but everything else subpar. The floors are very slick. Elderly man almost slipped and fell in the dining area. Snack tacos barely had any meat and didn't even cover half the taco shell. Had several, and all this way. The taco shells are stale. Taste horrible.

The food was ok, the staff were very unprofessional, one young lady was texting while fixing someone's food, didn't bother to change gloves, they were out of chicken so they automatically out steak on my food without asking if it was ok and I don't eat beef. I was very disappointed.

This was one of the almost $2 Carbonaro tacos I called them he said these were made properly BS also I gave them $100 bill he hands me $80 says this was $88 and some change I said this is $80 I had to get the manager to get my money back

The food is really good for the price but sometimes the service is really bad in the dive thru. We waited a long time in the drive thru and the food was a little bit cold and the chilly cheese fries were upside down. But the food still tasted amazing ?.
