Ordered on the app. 3 hours passed. Food never came. Called local store 3 times and got hung up on 3 times. Filed complaint to corporate. Corporate threw hands up and said this is a local owned dominoes and did nothing. Local also did nothing. Won't eat at this location ever again.

My order was made incorrectly. When I called customer service they were quick to take new orders, but wanted nothing to do with making my order right or refunding me. Instead they continued to transfer me in circles, put me on hold for 15+ minutes at a time to just hang the call up before answering it. This long time customer will no longer be doing business with Dominoes again!! I refuse to spend my money with a company that has such horrible customer service!!! Almost always good if not great. Though I had someone at 11:30pm about a 2 wks ago make my pizza who was CLEARLY drunk-no less than a pound of cheese on my 2 pizzas that was not labeled extra cheese. Spoke with the manager and they made it right, delivering (for free) to my house! ?Overall much better than this Domino’s used to be. Still my number 1 Pizza Place. Absolutely ADORE the lady delivery driver that works late night! Wish I knew her name so I could shout her out! if Domino’s reads this I hope they know who I’m talking about. She’s such a sweetheart! Always happy when I see that she’s my delivery driver. She always makes my day better when I see her. ??? Wish I knew her name. (Younger white lady with light hair, possibly blonde? Idk bc it’s always dark out when she delivers)

This store has the worst service. I ordered an online pizza. It said delivery in 30min. After 90min they didnt even make a pizza. Then I went to the store. Then they made the pizza. I ordered veggie pizza and they put a pepperoni on it!!!!!
