We have tried atleast 5 different occasions and the wait time is Ridiculous!Every time we are in drive thru we get this :>Our machine is down>It's a 20-30min for drive thru>drive thru is closed, come inside but it's still 30 min waitIt shouldn't take that not for drive thruIt's a simple sandwichRidiculous

Ordered in advance twice from this location. Both times with one of them being scheduled my order still wasn’t ready past 15 minutes after it should have been. Rapid order my pinkie toe. I’d be served quicker at the drive thru.

First time I visited the steamers were down, the second time the toasters weren't working, the third time my hot sandwich was cold and the pickles were missing. I just left for the 4th time, after waiting 20+ min for my sandwich after ordering. For some reason others ordered and left before me. Can't seem to have a good experience here.

This store sends your food through third parties, such as Uber Eats and DoorDash , and leaves your food open to be tampered with. I received my order and half of the food was missing.

So happy about the new location. Bread not fresh. Meat awesome, as always. They forgot to include the sauce, despite being requested in the online order. So my Amex notified me of an additional charge of $1.10. Small I know, but when I called to make sure nobody was stealing my card number, the manager said I needed to drive back down there to be refunded and they don't know why online would charge that. A bit of initiative to educate himself and resolve the issue without putting the onus on me would be a necessary step for good customer service.

Wrong bread. Receipt right. Made wrong. The bread was very dry. Toppings are skimpy.
They have gotten my order wrong 3/4 times I have been there.1st time: Forgot chips on my meal2nd time: Meats on sandwiches were mixed up- Turkey sandwich got ham and ham sandwich got turkey.3rd time: Forgot banana peppers onsandwich.This place was NOT busy all of the times that i have been but it still took 15+ minutes to get my food from the drive through. May be a poor staffing issue. Food was not good enough to return to this location.

I was a little worried based on the other reviews, but decided to give it a try anyway. The restaurant was very clean and nice and quiet. I order was ready when we got there and the sandwich was nice and hot. My kids loved it. I’ll definitely be back.

Food is always good here and I was excited that this location opened up so close to my work. I always order online with ample time and not once has my sandwich been ready when I arrive. The staff is always disrespectful and slow. They do nothing to try and help the customers and look like they don't even want to be there themselves. Would not recommend this place to anybody looking for a decent lunch spot.
