I ordered $70 worth of turkey and macaroni and cheese through doordash, as it was my only option. Both it and caviar failed multiple times before I finally got the order accepted. It confirmed that I had to pick it up on Woodward crossing in Buford, but the Buford store says they don't have it. So now I get to pay $140 for $70 worth of turkey and mac and cheese. Ridiculous.

The ham was great. The customer service I received from Karen was not. I wanted to get a quarter ham since a half ham is not needed for my small family. I had already spoken to another employee and he told me that they were making them and that I can get in line to pay and they would get it out to me. I get up to Karen at the counter and tell her what I wanted. She told me they didn’t have any and tried to get me to order a half ham. I started to tell her that I had I already talked to someone and I would wait for it. She cut me off and said “I don’t care who you talked to. We don’t have any”. I did get the ham and it was great but she was very rude for no reason.

I have been a customer of HBH in Buford since they opened. I have been a customer since moving to Atlanta in the mid 80’s of a few different stores. Bought a ham for Easter, couldn’t look at it, told new policy they cannot be opened prior to buying. Now I know why. This ham was a fatty mess. I was embarrassed and my guests were hungry. I wrapped it back up in the pretty foil and put it in the garbage. What is going on? Your quality control is horrible. I don’t want my money back, I certainly don’t want a store credit, just want to warn other customers of this scam you call a ham.You had a great product and decided to cut costs and the customer is paying the price. Oh and you can’t order a sandwich. They are now pre-made according to our sales person. Such a unique idea.

I stopped by for lunch at the Buford location near Mall of GA. I ordered the Tavern meal with potato salad and a drink. The restaurant was clean, and the employee making my food did a great job. The very young guy cashier was nice, but had trouble helping and explaining how to sign up for their rewards program. So I figured it out on my own. Other than that, ok experience. The food is always good here.Parking: Not a lot of parking spaces around this building.
