Had a fruit fly in my drink. We already paid so in order for me to be refunded, they would’ve had to void the payment and rerun the card (which was too much in my opinion) so instead of a refund, I asked for a gift card. They gave me a gift card with NOTHING on it. I called back numerous times to get a replacement, since I don’t live in GA and was visiting, they never called me back when they said they would and I even called corporate and no response. I feel like they toyed with me giving that empty gift card. I will not return.

We took my daughter here (by her own choice) for her birthday lunch. I ordered the BYOB. And when I received it, it was wrong. They fixed the issue, however the extra steps taken to make it right could have been avoided. The cooks actually made more work for themselves by adding stuff. The waitress was great; very attentive, knew the menu and made sure our drinks were refilled. There were 2 issues during this meal. There was a gentleman sitting at the bar that constantly stared at me and my family. Not sure who the guy was but it made the meal rather uncomfortable. 8/10 would go back.

Only been here once. The food was good. The service was fast. The waitress was friendly and always came by to check on us. There is a big bar you can sit and drink. Location was very clean.

Waited at hostess stand for 10mins without even being acknowledged. There was already a group waiting in front of us as well. Upon looking around the restaurant, we noticed there were only a few occupied tables. It was not a busy time/night. No other staff attempted to help the situation.

Went on a Saturday night party of 4 no hostess when i walked in had other-people also waiting to be seated there was to much people coming in that One of the waitresses had to come she took down our name and number and said that the wait would be about 30 minutes 35 minutes and no text for our table we walked in again and they said it would be about another 30 minute waitYet there’s open tables around ??? We left

Abysmal. Went in during a slower time of night and sat for over 10 minutes and not 1 waitress even looked at us. Ridiculous. Went around the corner to another popular wing place, super busy and crowded, yet seated 2 minutes and had a server helping us. This Hooters should go visit their nearest competitor and see how service is really done.
