I will never come to this location again. I'll stick to duluth. We stood at the counter for atleast 10min with 4 employees standing un front of us stoned out their mind talking to eachother. They didn't even acknowledge us. We walked out. Will not be back. It was disgusting. Edit to add. Went to leave and all of the employees stepped outside to pass a bowl around. So they're smoking on company property on company time. Hope yall do better or this location won't last long.

I recently visited Buford location and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing encounter with the staff, particularly with a blond lady who consistently exhibits poor attitude towards customers.During my most recent visit, I was the only customer in the store, yet I was met with impatience and indifference from the staff. Despite being the sole customer, I was informed that it would take some time before my order could be taken. This lack of urgency and consideration for my time was frustrating.Furthermore, when I finally had the opportunity to place my order, I requested a gluten-free bread option. However, instead of accommodating my request, the blond lady curtly informed me that it would take an additional 10 minutes. Given my time constraints, I expressed my inability to wait and left the store.This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and unwilling to return to this location in the future. Customer service is paramount in any business, and the behavior exhibited by the staff, particularly the blond lady, falls far short of acceptable standards. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, neither of which were extended to me during my visit.I hope that management takes note of this feedback and takes appropriate measures to address the issues with their customer service. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Love getting the chicken sub, Philly steak, and Tuna sandwiches. I get them on wheat bread only. The staff is always pleasant and attentive, making sure that my order is made just right. I really appreciate that. Thank you, everyone who works there. Keep up the great job in keeping your customers happy.

The middle age blonde woman that opens in the morning consistently has a bad attitude. I have experienced this on several occasions. She makes the sandwich like she hates you. Also, the last time I was there the fountain drink machine wasn’t working when I pressed my drink cup on the lever. I asked her about it and she snapped at me to turn the key on the side of the machine to turn it on. I will never return and just drive a bit further to the Lawrenceville Suwannee location.

Ordered 3 Giant #44 sandwiches from this location and when we arrived at home to eat the sandwiches, the sandwiches hardly had any meat on them. I felt as if I was back at Subway. The sandwiches basically consisted of a bunch of bread and lettuce and few tomatoes. I called and spoke with the shift manager and he basically shewed me off as if I wasn’t being truthful. Who has time to call a restaurant and lie? This was a huge disappointment after we spent 60 dollars for basically 3 loaves of bread! We will never visit this place again. Having these millennials in management without proper training is a huge mistake. Individuals work hard for their money and to ask for better customer service should not be an issue! Below are images of what we received! A travesty!

We really liked Jersey Mike's in Burford. The food was fresh and really good. They freshly slice the meat and toppings were prepared fresh daily. Very clean environment with a helpful service team.

I believe the lady that said she has to tell them to change gloves bc I’ve had to do it several times. Thankfully I didn’t get an attitude from the ladies, but there was a guy there that walked in the back in the middle of making my sandwich looking for something he needed to finish and came back to my sub. I hated to do this but I just walked out because I could feel it was going to escalate and i don’t have time for that when I’m paying. The one in Duluth is the best and cleanest one by far! Everything is neat and clean, and you don’t have to remind them to change gloves etc. They are also very nice too.

I asked the employee to change his gloves when i walked in as he was doing other things when i arrived.. he was upset i asked him to change his gloves... then in the process of another employee fixing the food his bracelet got into the mayonaise that was on my sandwich and had mayo on it...... and when i asked him to change the bread the other employee said i was being ridiculous and proceeded to argue with me telling me to tell his manager... i ptoceeded to explain to him how CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKS!!! as he appeared to not know and continued to argue with me... The employee was very rude and fisrespectul.. he absolutely deserves to be FIRED... if this is the face of jersey mikes. i want nothing ftom this business.... the location suite 1225 buford drive... the young staff working on the day of 12-9-2023 deserves to be let go!!!

Whoever the middle aged lady is working @ 10:10 am on 11/9 needs to be properly trained. She had the worst attitude the way she was handling sandwiches was not hygienic. When I walked in, she had the most nastiest attitude with the tone she was talking to me as if she is angry. I requested she grill my sandwich or even toast it for me, she told me it is cross contamination if she uses the grill and that they don't have a toast at the store. How can you talk abt cross contamination when you are making a sandwich in such a dirty space? I ended up telling her to toss the sandwich away. This is the worst experience I have had at a jersey mikes sub
