Tried to order for delivery. Rep said has to be within 3 miles. I'm only .3 miles away. Said Couldn't deliver said only had 1 driver and a lot of deliveries. Rep did apologize I don't know what to say. Maybe hire another driver. I don't I know but I know the food is good and atmosphere is usually fine but the service at the is Buford location. I wasn't serviced.

The worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever dealt with, I ordered a sandwich at 1:30 for delivery and it’s now 3:30 and no sandwich still. This isn’t the first time this has occurred

1st time I came here on a Saturday at 2 pm they said they were out of bread.... 2nd time here today i waited in the drive thru line for ten minutes nothing.... the came inside and waiting 30 more minutes for a sandwich. What is going on at this location. Fix this or change your slogan.

The people that work there wait 30 to 45 minutes to call you and claim they have no delivery driver even when it’s ordered through Dash or Uber and then wait to call you and tell you they can’t send you your food owner needs to check the guy working today 115 2024 because it’s the same guy that does it every time me or my family try to order. This is why this company is about to close because of the people that are hired there!

I’ve gone to this location several times. The last time, about a month ago, nothing was correct with the order. The only thing that was correct were the chips we asked for. The sandwiches were meat with a little mayo and 3 pieces of lettuce. When asked, they were out of both, but had not notified us. Not one of the drinks were correct either and when we asked about it, not one person seemed to care. Each individual worker stood there and looked at the other. There was no one trying to figure things out or apologize. Just nothing.What makes all of this worse is, I took the survey online and asked to be contacted to discuss my experience. That was a month ago and I still have not received a call back. So clearly the survey is just a “thing” to do.I live by the motto, once people show you who they are, believe them. We will not be back. Clearly.

I had The worst experience here! The lady kept interrupting me and ended up taking off stuff from my sandwich that I never asked for. Then she put my order in wrong. She charged me for everything separately instead of for a combo. When I get my drink which is Sprite it taste like soda water so I handed it back to her and she giggles and then says what do you want now? when I leave and read my receipt in the car when I'm almost home, I realize everything on my receipt was wrong. My sandwich was wrong. She added another sandwich on there that wasn't my sandwich so I had to turn around. when I get back to the store, I tell her everything that was wrong and she proceeds to give me the toppings that were missing on my sandwich in a small container. I guess I'm supposed to assemble that when I get home, she gets another man to ring up my receipt correctly and he proceeds to make it seem like it's not a big deal by telling me it's just a couple dollars difference overall everyone was rude and walking around like dead zombies. The girl I'm talking about is black with dry, dusty, looking Braids and a very unappealing pimple patch on her cheek. Don't go here it's not worth it. Now I have a soggy sandwich because they were too lazy to remake it and toppings that I have to put on myself somebody make it make sense. UPDATE : I made it home and realized I received the WRONG SANDWICHES this is honestly crazy!! How can someone fumble this hard it's just a sandwich!!?!? It was supposed to be a club tuna and a beach club with no cucumber and extra mayonnaise!! Another UPDATE !!!!! The HiC tastes like fucking water that's been colored with dye!!! And to top it off the bread is so hard we can tap dance with it!!! To conclude I will need to be speaking with a manager in the morning because I won't be back for a third time tonight

Ordered sandwiches for the church preschool teachers. This location canceled the order less than 1 hour before delivery time, leaving the teachers without food for lunch. Will never order again from this location.

Ordered from here all the time then these last few years it’s gone down hill. Half the time I order it goes to a different place. The other half after placing the order I get a cal a hour later saying they can’t deliver it. I’ll never ever order from here again. This place sucks!

Ordered lunch for my co-teachers and myself to be delivered to our preschool. Over an hour after ordering, we get a call that the order has been cancelled because they didn’t have anyone to deliver it. I asked if I could come pick up our order instead and the employee said no, we already cancelled it. I asked why it took so long to inform us, the employees response was that they were busy. Unfortunately, we will never be ordering from this location again due to the poor service.

The drive-through runs really, really slow. Jimmy John’s used to get their subs out really quickly. Now it takes twenty minutes with no one in front of me.

Would give zero stars if it were available. Worst experience we’ve ever had. The girl taking our order just stared at us until we ordered. The man working was dressed in street clothes that were hanging off of him and he wore the same gloves to count money, go through his personal bag and deal with food. Won’t go back.

One of my favorite things is when restaurant employees wear gloves when working the register. And they go make the food with the same gloves on. Makes me feel so good about what I’m eating! Pretty sure this is my last visit to this location.

This location really needs to update its website hours. Any time I’ve tried going by to get something it’s closed 30mins-2 hours early. Last time it was 2 hours. This time it’s 30 mins. I went out of my way to go to this location since it was closer just for it to be closed even though it states otherwise online. So now I’ve wasted time/gas when I could’ve tried going to a different location. Not to mention recently the guy in drive thru said he had just shown up for work so no bread was ready and it takes awhile for it to be ready. That was at 2pm on a weekday. Yet they apparently open at 10am. Why wasn’t the bread ready before opening? I’ve worked sub shops and this place is so unprofessional. So I was served a sub in a wrap instead. As was anyone else that showed up behind me. I love Jimmy Johns, but this location needs some serious work.

I have tried to give this location a few chances to step up their game, but every time is a fail. Today I go an no bread, some guy just got in and just made the bread for the day, now this was 120pm in the afternoon, tell me WHY we have no bread for a sandwich place, the service is friendly but this location is so slow and I mean I have waited more then 10 minutes in the drive thru. Today they had to give me my sandwiches on wraps, did not cut the wraps and I ordered two of them, I also ordered a pickle and asked for it to be cut in 4 and that did not happen, also I asked for mustard packages and none in the bag. The guy over the speaker as well as the drive thru guy very friendly and kind, but I tell you, it is suppose to be a quick drive thru, the moto for Jimmy Johns is freaky fast, well that is not happening, and I am not sure but either they are under staffed and need to figure that out or they have employees that have no idea what they are doing. This is not the first time, but this is like the 3rd or 4th time I have gone in the last few months and today was a final straw, I will be taking my business to subway and now firehouse subs is opening up down the street, so today will be the last day I spend money at this facility.
