Excellent service, I was 30 minutes early picking up my order coming back into town from my daughter's graduation. I sat down to wait because I knew I was early. I only had to wait 15 minutes. I'm not suggesting to go and pick up your orders 30 minutes earlier than your agreed upon time...LOL .... I'm saying that I had three more places to pick up food and pick up ice, the 15 minutes helped tremendously!!!! Thanks to all associates that served at Jimmu Jonn's May 15, 2021 at 4:00 pm you are AWESOME!

Ordered on doordash. Eta of 5:15... Kept being pushed back. Never delivered. Says delivered at 6pm but didn't. I called 15 times and got no answer... Don't know how to get a refund.

I try to place a order from this location switch is 2 miles from 1735 satellite Blvd and they said that was to far , it was out of they distance for delivery. I guess the range for having a delivery from this location is a half a mile Radius.

Usually good service. I work right across the street and always get it in a timely manner. Today It took an hour 8 minutes!! When I called the store, the young man on the phone said that he was sorry that the guy has 6 deliveries and there is really not much he can do . REALLY??

Please do not Go to this location, they have roaches in the tuna and the manager will not call you back!!!! Boycott this location and the Buford location just nasty nasty

Heads up to other Type 1 Diabetics: the workers don’t wear masks as they prepare your food. Hope I don’t die because I wanted a sandwich.
I'm assuming the people here are nice, I've never actually talked with anyone in this store, I just come in and pick up my order, which has always been correct and made to my specifications.

Walked in Abby the cashier didn’t greet, I literally had to say “hi” in order to be acknowledged, got my sandwhich and as I was picking it up another customer came in, Caucasian elderly man, she instantly greeted him and treated him like a respectable paying customer. At that point I was like wow, was I just treated like I didn’t matter and I’m a paying customer?? I won’t be back.

We ordered 5 Sandwiches and 5 bags of chips for delivery at 11:30 am. We waited till about 12pm but still did not see our order out for delivery on the email tracker. I called to check status and store employee reported that “our order was large for the morning and there were a few other large orders being made.” I personally consider 11:30 am lunch time not “morning”, but regardless we decides to wait longer. After about 25 more minutes there was still no notification of delivery On my email tracker. I called the location back again and specifically asked one of the employees if my food was still in the store so I could just pick it up to save time. I was told that my order was still in the store, so I decided to leave and drive to the location to pick up the food. On the way to the location I was called back by an employee from the location and told my food was actually out for delivery, there had been some error with my phone number and ticket number. In conclusion I wasted time, gas, and money (by having to pay delivery charge and tip) when I had ultimately decided to pick up food.So much for “freak fast delivery”Will use different location going forward.
