4/19/24 I was in town for a funeral. I stopped by to pick up a dozen donuts for my family that I was staying with 1/2 hour before close. I apologized for coming so close to closing time. The gentleman that served us was very polite, however the rest of them were disgustingly rude. When I was paying, about 3 more people "working" came around and one said, "see I told you!" And another voice said yeah. She's fat! (I'm assuming bc we ordered a dozen donuts). There were literally 6 of us in the van and another 6 at home, not that that should have any bearing on the way that little lazy pos does his job, or is it any of his business. Quality employees = happy customers. Unfortunately, it would seem you've found yourself the bottom of the barrel here. I'm sorry for your loss.

Went at 10am with the hot sign turned on. I specifically asked for a dozen of hot donuts, due to the sign being on. The first box I was handed was covered in icing and cold. The second box was also cold. I wouldn’t have even gone to this place if I’d have known the donuts were going to be cold.. at 10am. Poor management

I was looking at the menu and the person taking orders just kept asking me "Are you ready yet?" First red flag. Then when I finally went to order, I couldn't even finish asking for what I wanted without them continually interrupting me and talking over me. It was so uncomfortable and frustrating. I JUST got there, I don't know this person, and they're taking their frustration out on me for some reason. Never coming back to this location.

Gave me the wrong doughnuts and the ones they did give me were half doughnuts and a mess! I’m gonna need a call from customer service, do better for the priceYou charge!
I watched all 4 workers in this location just ignore me as I waited for my pickup order i had ordered online. I got my dozen and it was all cold and hard. Just save your time and Go to another one. With the combination of the wait and snarky attitudes from the worker and manager. Not worth the time or money !!!

I'm signed up with the app which gives me a birthday gift. It started out with a cup of coffee and a doughnut which was really appreciated. Maybe 4 years ago they started giving out a dozen donuts that I shared with my granddaughtes.This year it is three donuts which is just as good I don't have to share I can eat all three. Thank you Krispy Kreme
