Disgusting and nasty bad customer service. Refused refund and not to mention salty I asked for teriyaki with fried rice and they give me vegetables never again I will not eat there close it down and they never wear gloves just filthy no wonder it’s a 2 star never again !!! ?????

My friends and I ate here last week and the food was awful. We showed up at 11 right before noon and we were the first in line. The chicken was still frozen, and the noodles tasted old. I’m sure Little Tokyo is fresh when they are busy but the food should be good no matter what time of the day it is. Wasted $8.50 and all I could eat was the rice. #Horrible. We live in Buford. Step it up Mall Of GA. This wouldn’t have happened at Lenox.

I get that this is mall food court fare but this was nearly inedible. Between a few of us, we had noodles, rice, teriyaki chicken, and sesame chicken. I would not recommend waiting in the long line for this stuff.

I will never eat at this place ever again. Please do yourself a favor and do not eat here, eat at Asian Chao if you really want Chinese food at the food court. Upon looking at the menu, we were HARASSED by a teenage boy. He mocked and harassed my boyfriend about his weight and also mine. There was no need for that kind of hate and immaturity. This place should close down or hire better people to work here because this place is horrible, inside and out. That teenage boy belittled us, while he was making our food. We're the customers treat your customers with respect. I called the store and no one answered, of course. He said, with these exact words, " do not eat so much or you'll look like him". We were not his friend, we were random people that he did this to. Please do not eat here, it doesn't deserve service.

I wished I had seen the reviews before coming here. I ordered the Shrimp Teriyaki and had 4 shrimp with a ton of vegetables with a yellowish sauce that I can't make out what it is. Paying almost 9 bucks for a dish called Shrimp Teriyaki with mostly vegetables is ridiculous! I mentioned the lack of shrimp on my container and the guy shrugged and did nothing.
Food is very poor quality. Very small portions of everything except the rice. Tofu and rice used to be under four dollars as of last year and now it's over seven dollars. Egg rolls mostly dough no vegetables.

My Wife order food from this restaurant, and when she tasted , she spit it out, and stated the chicken taste BAD! So, I ended up eating it, and got very sick.. Stay AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!!
