I’m giving two stars because I contacted this store to correct an error and there was no resolution only accusations that I was lying. Go to this store very often. I’ve literally never had a bad experience until recently. I figured since I had a familiar face my service would be appreciated. I also tip every time. I ordered a pizza online arrived at the time stated .. ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes only for my pizza to be tough and stiff. I literally live walking distance and when I’m home the pizza is sliding because it’s so hot well that wasn’t the case on 2/9/24. When I say stiff it was like it had been sitting from the time I arrived. I also called the store to let them know the quality of the pizza and the woman who claimed to be the supervisor was very rude and also denied my claims of the rather cold pizza. No apologetic tone just denied the entire ordeal.

This is the worst place to get pizza from the customer service is horrible the so called manager is rude and the lady that said she’s the owner is rude as well. They all need a class on customer service .

We come here a couple of times a month. But the last two times the customer service was not good. Both times I was charged small fees when I arrived to pick up the order. They then print a receipt for the small amount, but it cleared for another dollar on top of the amount. .21 cents then I get charged 1.21. time before it was .75 cents, but I'm charged 1.75 when I walk out. I don't know what this is. The manager did not explain it well. Seems like a way to get a little more money and I didn't consent to it. My orders were online and paid by credit card for pickup. They also do not like to offer any extra items others Marcos are happy to provide. We won't be back anymore. The cashier was pleasant this is a problem with their manager he's rude and missing the point of good customer service. They will keep losing customers.

This store might as well close down. We have had nothing but problems since it opened. Their new app is effed and so they make your pizza wrong and blame the customer. Im disputing the charge on my cc and ordered from papa johns Do not give this store business

Worst Customer Service! My wife went to pickup an UBER order and asked for some Parmesan packets and the manager kept yelling No you cant have any cuz it wasnt on the order and they yelled at her to leave. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!

this store reeks. the staff are very rude and unprofessional. they told my ubereats courier she could not ask for parmesan packets at the store (which i requested) because there were no parmesan packets on the order. which doesn't make sense because they are free so why would i need to put them on my order to receive them. the owner/manager was extremely rude about this. the pizza is good but not worth it because the service sucks.

This post is not against this specific restaurant but about the new order website. It is absolute trash. I tried to log in and it forced me to change my password. None of my information was saved and when I tried to update it, all I got was an error message. I proceeded to check out as a guest so that I could get this pizza. Navigation is terrible and don't forget to add something or you may as well delete everything and start over. Site reset my order on its own and I didn't catch it, so my pizza was not what I wanted.

Absolutely terrible customer service the large man with the glasses and gray hair yelled at my child when she tried to pick up my DoorDash order and sincerely just asked for some napkins for herself. I am absolutely appalled at how management would allow such an intolerant person to work there and if this is the manager, how the owner of the restaurant could allow such a manager to work there, it is absolutely despicable how this person treated my child and I will never ever order DoorDash's or come in store to place an order at this location again I have never had this problem at Marco's Pizza before but this gentleman has definitely ruined my views and I will definitely let all my family members and friends know never to go to this location and to spread the world word on social medias is an absolute disgrace that they are still allowing managers, or Employees like this to still work in establishments and treat people with such disrespect over napkins of anything?! Are you kidding me? Absolutely not, and she was a minor at that disgraceful place. Do not let your child work here do not order from here because they are disgraceful to employees and customers absolutely most disrespectful and I really hope he gets fired!

If I could leave 0 stars I really would. Horrible customer service the big guy at the register has a bad attitude. We went to use a coupon for $10 off, and they must’ve not liked that because they were condescending and talked to us like we were animals.

I was there today around 6:30 PM. The manager went from taking money at the register to cutting pizza on the line. He didn't wash his hands after handling the money nor did he grab gloves.He then yelled at the guy making the pizzas to slow down because they were backed up. An older lady told the manager that he was rushing her too much. His response was to LOUDLY tell her to shut up, twice. I could have heard him yelling at her from outside the store. He then said he's going to just sit down. He proceeded to sit in a chair behind the counter and bark orders at his employees while they worked and he did nothing. They were extremely backed up as it was; he had no business just sitting there.This manager is extremely rude to his employees, very lazy, and completely unsanitary. He is a large male with dark hair.

I usually get a great pizza from Marcos but tonight I got a pizza and cheese sticks that were very dry. Parts of the pizza was missing toppings
