If someone orders online, it should be ready by the designated time it says on the app. Waited 30 minutes for my food because they prioritized the in-person customers despite me having ordered way before any of them had even entered the parking lot. A single burrito. Just one. Shouldn't have had to wait as long as I did for that. If it's a staffing issue, don't staff them on busy weekends. Online orders should be mixed in with in-person. Neither should be put ahead of the other.

Ordered two steak homewreckers online for pickup after work to take home. No steak or any sort of meat in them what so ever.Even cut the unraveled the second burrito to double check. No clue how you mess this up.

The food was delicious! We had kids taco, taco bowl and a stack, they were all done well.The bathroom was not pleasant. It has a strong scent and wasn’t clean. The building needs lots of attention. There is a place right beside the restrooms where the wall is broken and you can see sunlight thru the wall and thru the side door. Which makes me question general cleanliness with insects and rodents

Called to double check a promo that is offered through Moe’s. A man told me that they honor that deal today at this location, on Sundays. My husband went to pick up our food then let me know that they don’t have that promo on Sunday, it’s on Saturday at this location. Clearly, whoever answered the phone was wrong and should’ve honored what they told us. Not returning to this location.
