I guess they are just used to bad reviews. I drove out of the way to get a couple of bowls of broccoli and cheddar soup with the bagget bread. The lady at the drive through told me they we're out of stock of the Baggett bread. I said that's not good, the wife loves the bread with the soup then asked if there was a different bread she could give instead and she said there would be an upcharge. I said how is there an up charge for a different bread when you are out of the bread that normally comes with the bowl of soup. She said there just is. I said, maybe you should talk to a manager and see if you can make an exception since that's half of the reason I came here. No exception was made.Here comes a bad review!!

Very disappointing...ordered the turkey avocado bacon sandwich. It was obviously made earlier..it was very cold the bacon elongated when I tried to eat it ..when I looked closer it was cold chicken instead of turkey...the bread was so thick and hard was not edible ....they serve better sandwiches at Quicktrip. Considering the price point they could at least serve fresh food..i have never had a bad experience at Panera but the poor quality I have received I will not return. Absolutely disgusting to take people money and in return you have such below quality food. The food could be better considering the menu light out so you can't see the menu

Drove 7 miles to Panera to pick up dinner last night. Got home and the salad was missing Chicken and my squash soup was missing the seeds. Upset but I get it things happen. What made it a terrible experience was the way that the manager spoke to my husband her first words were that is impossible the salad had to have chicken on it as if we ate it and drove back to lie for more chicken then had the nerve to say let me see the salad I’ll put chicken on it. He showed her the salad and asked for a new salad and she actually said are you sure that’s necessary! Then said you have to request the seeds on the soup…really that is not true. No apology for having to drive back just treated like we were lying and bothering her. I tried calling several times today but no answer.
