Trash. The chicken was ok but the beans and rice was terrible. It seemed as though they put uncooked rice in with the beans. I thought it was pieces of plastic. The biscuits were old and the manager was not professional at all.

As a former employee I can tell you the attitude of the general manager is ridiculous she can’t keep employees because of how she talks to them . She is extremely disrespectful and fails to train her employees properly. If those kids parents hear the way she talks to them I’m surprised she still has a job.

Dishonest about everything. Old food. Didn't even give me what I ordered. Just another negative to add to the reviews they already have. I love Popeyes' ashame they all have issues. There food is good when it's made right. I was so excited to see they were opening one in Dacula. I will pray it gets better.

Tried the fish sandwich. Ask for the non spicy one, but it was spicy anyway. Also, the fish itself was thin. I won't be getting that sandwich anymore.

Terrible customer service from the lady at directing the cashier. Her attitude stinks!!!! The entire store needs a revamp!!! The food wasn’t as good as other locations either. And to top of off there is a roach Infront of the door. I would not come here again. My large Mac and cheese was not even full. Place was filthy too.
They said my order would be ready at 945pm, it is now 1048pm. All the employees are just standing at the front counter.

Hello Popeye Fans!! If you think this location sucks ( I DO!!) waited in the parking spot for almost 40min for fries. Unless the employees drove to Louisiana to dig up spicy potatoes and chop them for fries..... That's an issue. Then when I asked for a refund Adam (who his follow employee said was having a bad day) took my receipt flipped it through his fingers and throw it to the ground..... SMH amazing customer service. All while the manager stood at the window staring at me......well GREAT NEWS A NEW POPEYES HAS OPENED ON Hamilton Mill Road next to Dunkin' Donuts...woohoo!!!!

This is my 2nd visit and both times the old hag at the front counter was extremely rude!!! I'm sitting here as I type and witnessed a customer walking out because she was rude to him. It's absolutely no one's fault that she's 60 years old and having to work at a fast food joint. Her attitude is unacceptable and something really needs to be done about. Smh and she calls herself the store manager. I wouldn't let her manage my dog!!!
