Went thru drive thru but we couldn’t see the menu, they said they are getting ready to close at 11:40pm on a Friday night and that’s why sign was turned off. It’s like a TV screen and we don’t know the menu by heart so we decided to leave. Says open till 1am in google. Please update your hours.

So it's 9:54 on a Sunday and the drive thru says to come back during business hours because they are closed. No wonder this place has a 1.8 star rating! I think if I owned this place with what their overhead had to be for this location, I would be seriously considering some new staff. I won't be back.

Check your food if you go through the drive-thru. It is very probable they did not even give you what you asked for. For the same reason... NEVER use Door Dash with this location.

The man taking the orders at this location is absolutely rude! He was getting smart with me while I tried placing my order. He cut me off frequently. They were out of the strawberry biscuits according to him but they seem to never have them at this location. I asked for a large drink that did not taste like what I requested and the nice young lady at the window tried to fix it but added syrup to the soda instead of just giving me a different drink but that was possibly miscommunication on both ends. However, while she was pouring syrup in my drink the rude guy from earlier had a problem with her fixing my drink and started screwing up his face and saying rude and ignorant comments. I wish I could’ve just left without even getting food from here but once you’re in the line it’s hard to get out of people are behind your car.

Shut this place down immediately!! Worst worst Popeyes !! I’ve been to, I’ve been to a lot of Popeyes in other states I’m not expecting Starbucks Service. This staff disrespect is disgusting they are going to make someone extremely angry that could lead to some serious consequences. Horrible folks shut the window on the drive thru in my face for no reason after I asked for sauce lady inside screaming about her food my tenders and fries was luke warm my drinks was wrong size and I couldn’t get any sauce I left because for me to waste time and energy to go scream and get ugly is pointless with people like this especially about chicken will never go back

i ordered mac and cheese yet they gave me fries. must be braindead to mess that one up. my girlfriend ordered a chicken sandwich but they were out of chicken filets? weird but okay since she decided to get the blackened sandwich instead and it honestly was sad to look at. they also never asked what drink i wanted and just assumed i wanted a coke?? worst customer service ive ever seen

I did an online order to pick up in the DT. There was about 3 cars in front of me when i arrived. I pulled up to the speaker and i told them i had an online order and they said to pull forward. I did wait a while for the 3 cars in front of me. once i got to the window no one greeted me, he just looked the other way. Finally he opened the window and asked what i ordered, told him it was online. he went to look, then asked my name. he finally got a manger and he then asked for my name . i guess he couldnt find it and then asked what i ordered. he quickly through my order together and then gave it to me. i got no sauce like i had asked. I ordered the 3 piece tender with fries. the chicken tasted like it had been sitting and it felt rubbery. the fries and biscuit were good. i was hoping the reviews prier were not as true but i do have to agree, they need to work on their service and the tasting of food.

Manager is Milton Gauthier....I went thru drive thru and ordered 2 psc white. I got a Wing and thigh, it is extremely sakty amd the meat taste and smells spoiled (I guess the sakt was suppose to cover the spoiled taste). The food is just awful. Tried to call the manager there but he is not at the store. From the looks of tge ratings from this store I am not the only person that feels this way

I stopped by and ordered around 7pm. I ordered the 5pc tenders with Mac and cheese. The tenders and Mac were both cold in which they could use a good microwave. Chicken really had no flavor and thanks to the honey mustard it made it tasty. Biscuit seemed to be hot and fresh. Workers were very silent and didn't seem to happy to be serving a guest.On a good note, The soda was very strong and the ice was cold.
