I ordered some pizza and watched the girl who made my pizza. She didn't wear any gloves. She was keep wiping her hands with her apron and touched the cash register and drank water from her water bottle. She had a very long hair with no hair net. I watch the older gentleman changing the light bulbs. He started rolling the dough right after that without washing his hand. This is not sanitize. I will not buy food from this pizza store anymore.

Rarely do I give 5 stars but the food was great(8in lunch special plus an order of lemon pepper wings), the price was reasonable and the service I received from Wali and Frank was indescribable. My day started off difficult and for lunch I walked into Riverside Pizza and these two guys completely changed my entire mood! I will definitely recommend and revisit this location on Hamilton Mill!

The food was good, the salad is always the best. Customer service was not good. My mom got a huge attitude when she went to go pick up the food by a male worker at the counter. He didn't want to honor the special they were running about free bread sticks on the sign outside because he didn't want to bake them. My mom said she wouldn't be going back.

they might as well change they’re hours to close at 8pm cause if you try to a order a pizza after 8 they will not answer. i had to call 4 times to get them to answer the phone and then she told me they were “out of bread”

The guy training the indian guy today.never washed his hands once, and handled cash and everything, and was making the pizza without gloves. I will never buy pizza here again. No wonder the place has a 83 health food score. This place is disgusting. We threw our pizza away when we left. It shocked me that this guy did not wash his hands at all. I mean I watched him the whole time.
Worst thing about them is they don't honor there hours...... called at 9:38 and they said they were closed already when they post they are open till 10 pm.This is not the 1st time I have experienced this with them. If you wanna close early, change your hours!!!!!

Sauce!! Where's the sauce? My teenage son gets pizza here quite often since we moved here from PA. Last night (7/19/23) however he ordered 3 pizzas where 2 of them were the usual but the 3rd was to have pepperoni on all but banana peppers on HALF, which was the 1st thing wrong. Now, last time I looked 98% of pizzas have (red) sauce on them, right? Nope. We didn't order a white pizza or a cheese no sauce pizza. We received a cheesy BREAD with peppers& pepperoni on all of it. I'm the only one that eats peppers and can generally only eat 2-3 slices of pizza, my son was planning on eating the rest. Since this was more of a bread, I could only eat a couple bites. It was around 7:30 when order was placed & even if it was closer to 9pm the order should've been correct.
