I work close to this Starbuck. I love enjoying customized coffee or matcha in the morning when I come to the salon. This morning, I got very nice experience with Dame. He’s patient to explain for me the order I made which confused for the barista and the way he made my coffee this morning is amazing. If you are kind of person who like coffee but not too strong. This recipe made by Dame is very delicious as it is the right standard.

Took forever. Realized the barista was just making drinks in random order which no logic behind who got their drinks first.

We went to Starbucks for two pumpkins spice lattes this afternoon. What a terrible experience! We had to wait almost 20 min after putting in our order, only one young man was working the counter, there must have been about a dozen people waiting for their order. That should have bern our wake up call that there was a problem, and never asked if we wanted whip cream?we were given one cup and my husband had to tell the young man we had ordered two. Finally got our beverages and sat down . We both took a sip and starting to gag! Nasty !Terrible! Tasted like warm chocolate dishwater! I wanted to get our money back but my husband just wanted us to throw it away. We told those around us how awful it was ! We will never be going back. Learn our mistake and keep on walking!

I ordered in-store online. However, when I went to pick up this morning, the door was locked and we were told we had to go through the drive through. If I had known that I would have to wait in the drive thru line I would have NEVER ordered. I waited 10 minutes but I still didn’t even get to the order panel. I had to LEAVE WITHOUT my drink and was late to my meetings. I was not permitted a REFUND.

Busy for a Sunday evening, but I guess we all need our coffee fix.
My oatmeal basically was drowning in water and liquid and it spilled out of the paper bag, causing a mess even though it was secured. They also didn't add the honey even when I added it to my order.Usually the oatmeal is really good, but I guess don't order anything after 6pm
