I went there on 20th december at 4.30pm & they said they were closed. Then i looked through the window & saw they were partying and didn’t care about business or customers. Then i found a very good nearby place, “The Taco Guy”.. what an amazing mexican fast food they have!!! Don’t go to this subway.. try Taco giy instead.

I went there at 7:00 pm, the cashier informed me store was only taking online orders only, everything was out also stated he was called in and wasn't sure why he couldn't fix me a simple sandwich, and told me to go down the street to another store! Which of course let me know this store didn't care for my business, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone!!! I gave it one star cause at least the door was opened!

The store kept cancelling my UberEats order that was only 2 Footlongs. If they can’t make that simple order then they don’t need to be on food service platforms. 0 stars for this location.

This location is the closest and most convenient for me, but unfortunately, each time I'm craving a Subway, I absolutely dread having to come here. The staff is consistently unwelcoming and lacks professionalism. It always takes sooo long to have my sandwiches made, and you can tell that they really don't care. It's disappointing bc it's a great location, especially when heading to the Lake. I hope to see this store take more pride in their staffing and managing them.

One of the worst subways I have ever been to. We have had nothing but issues with this location. The employees do not care, they do not provide the level of service that subway usually provides. Our subs never have what we requested on them and when we ask for it they act like it is such an inconvenience to provide us what we are paying for. We have paid for items we have not received several times. Do NOT go here unless you want to be robbed

this subway location has the weirdest workers. You can order and they will literally just stare at you and your just kind of like ??? uhhh. Also, one workers short was longer than her shorts, we actually couldn't even tell if she had pants on that's how short her shorts were. There was only one girl there that had an actual uniform on and i'm going to guess that she was new because she had not a single clue what she was doing. Definitely wouldn't go back here at all.

Really craving subway and drive all the way out there just to find out they locked the doors 30 mins early. sounds lazy to me.
The stuff is so slow they will have a line out the door! With one person making sandwiches and one person running the register. Not very friendly as well.
