okay i got 3 hardshell tacos. i ate them, bc, why wouldnt i? i got them yesterday. im still laying in my bed, crying, heating pad on my stomach, because my stomach hurts so bad. I VOMITED IN THE BATHROOM after getting them, like 10 mins after getting them. never again will i eat at taco bell. can i sue? probably. im also probably constipated. holy heck, taco bell is not for the weak

So I was at the mall with my family and I always get Taco Bell when I go to the mall. And usually the service is not bad.but the cashier was very very rude and Didn’t even give me my Drink I had to ask someone else to get my Drink for me and instead they …gave me a small and I had to ask again for a medium Drink but don’t blame that person .i blame the cashier he was so rude and the other person was Dealing with him which i Assume.

Very bad service, the staff does not attend, they are not doing anything and they want you to order yourself at the kiosk because they do not want to order.

This has to be one of the nastiest places I’ve been to. Bathroom was completely disgusting. Looked and smelled like it should be at a truck stop. Crew was doing everything but fixing orders. Nasty gloves touching faces not changing before touching food. Go to any other Taco Bell but this one. I would gladly drive ten miles to avoid this store. And wouldn’t dare getting door dash from here. Needs a serious takeover. Hire new managers and crew. Just plan pitiful. Close it down if you can’t fix the problem.

I wish I could give this place zero stars but that was not an option. I visited this location on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at 5:27 PM. I walked up to the counter and the young worker was talking with another worker about non-work related topics And I stood there at the counter, waiting for him to greet me and take my order but instead he looked past me and continue talking to his coworker. When his coworker walked away, the young worker looked at me and just stared. I asked him was he ready for my order and he said “yeah, go ahead.” I then said to him “That’s not the proper way to speak to one of your customers. I have been standing here and you have not greeted me nor asked me how could you help me.” He then said to me “Are you going to order or not?” I ordered a small drink and nacho fries. When he handed me my receipt, I looked at it to see what the name of the cashier was listed as but it appeared to be a name of a female. I then asked him what his name was and he asked “Why?” I showed him the name on the receipt and asked was that his name and he said no. I didn’t asked him for his name again and he told me “You don’t need to know my name.” I said to him “ you should have a name tag on, so yes, I do have the right to know your name if you are serving me.” he then asked me to move out of the way because the counter needed to be clear. I stepped out of the way and waited for my food to be ready, and I also observed as the next two customers walked up. He did not greet them or ask that he take their order either. Since he did not give me his name, I took a picture of him. This type of attitude from this worker was very unprofessional and unnecessary. The only reason I went on ahead and ordered is because there was no line compared to other restaurants in the food court.

I live by the Mall of Ga. and go out to lunch daily. They discontinued the Mexican pizza and now it's back. They have reduced the amount of filling on tacos since Covid and the $10 combos left me wanting more. Today the tacos were full and the pizza was filled correctly also. When I got home I wanted to let them know by doing a review on the Taco Bell site connected to the receipt. One of the questions was if I got a taco that was full of toppings, which it was. They cut back on topping amount and the customers let them know that we could get a good hot meal at a real Mexican Restaurant for the same price as the food they serve and they are improving, at least at this location.

If I could put 0 stars I would at this point I have no clue how this location is open still ! every time I get a excuse as to why they can’t serve the usual one is they have a shipment in and will be down for 30 minutes . That’s what they say, but the employees don’t want to work and they don’t . Hope this location shuts down .

The credit card machine is always down. Cash only!!! Go to Hamilton Mill or Buford Dr. Both always working to serve. This one is always ready to close.
