I never write reviews but I got food poisoning from their chicken. I ordered the chicken power bowl around 9pm on March 15th, 2024 and ate it within 30 minutes of ordering it. I will probably never eat at a Taco Bell

Nice new place. Employees were very nice. Super fast service and the food was hot! Not cold like fast food normally is. Favorite new Taco Bell!Parking: Tons of parking. Easy to access location.Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple spots upfront
Not sure what has happened to this location but the last two times I have been, both through the drive thru, there has been hair in the food and both times items were missing from my order. The last time there was a long strand of hair in the cheesy roll up AND the fries! So gross!

Every time I order the cheesy fiesta potatoes I get hard potatoes that I can’t eat. Stop giving your customers old potatoes and take a few minutes just make them fresh. They are too expensive to only get 4 soft potatoes. Oh, the nacho fries should be fresh too!

Food is typical Taco Bell food, except a lot more expensive in Georgia compared to Texas.
Don’t bother calling, their phone number is the fax machine. They messed my order up completely. Threw everything away. Taco Bell couldn’t pay me enough to eat their food any more, I’m tired of every single location messing up my order. And it’s too simple not to. ??♂️

I love Taco Bell, but this particular location has some issues. I'm not sure what's going on over there aside from pure carelessness, but the TL; DR is just save yourself the trouble, and drive to the Hamilton Mill location instead if you want Taco Bell. It's not much further away, and the service is so much better. I've never been disappointed with it.I'm usually not one to leave reviews, especially negative reviews, but just be warned about the Friendship Rd location. Every single time I've been, and I do mean every time, they either forgot something, or they gave me the wrong order entirely. Every time. Without fail. I've had to go back in and get them to correct it at least 4 times. And those are the times I cared enough/had time to go back in. That's not counting the times I got home or got back to work just to find out that my order is wrong. Adding to what someone else said, I was also once told to go sit in the parking lot and that they would bring my food out to me. They never did. I had to go back in after 15 minutes to get my food. Oh, and most recently, the cashier asked me if it was okay if she could just round up my cash instead of giving me change... Odd. Now granted, they've always been nice to me, but that's not enough to redeem the amount of times I had poor service. I honestly just give up on this location. And I really tried to give them a chance.Again. Love Taco Bell. But this one needs to get it together. That said, if you do go, just check your bag before you leave...

I came to order the crunchwrap al fresco with vegan nacho cheese. They gave me regular nacho cheese and didnt bother to tell me they were out of the vegan option. This is not cool..glad I caught it a refund was given for the cheese sauce they gave me. If your going to offer vegan options then realize that for Vegans this is important. Ill think twice before going to taco bell again!
