The staff and manager were very nice. I was there with a group. The Salmon and the Brussels sprouts for my meal were on point,as always. Listen, those Brussels sprouts!!!! I forgot to take a pick.The Guacamole was lovely.My meal was great but we had some concerns with some of the apps and side dishes that came out.The first fried pickles were so burnt that the pickle disintegrated. The 2nd batch looked and tasted like they just dipped them in the grease. We couldn't eat that. The manager and waitress were very accommodating.One of our guests had a very specific order and the chef remade it for us and it was great.As we were finishing up some Brussels sprouts that we got as a side, we found chicken in the bowl. They were ordered with a vegetarian meal. Had someone eaten them, that could have been bad. I wonder do they cook the Brussel sprouts with the chicken?The atmosphere was friendly and the tvs were big and there was a general feeling of ease there.Vegetarian options: There isna vegetarian(not vegan) quesadilla. Vegetarians can make a meal from sides and get a salad. Most salads come with meat on them.

It’s my first time at Taco Mac. I thought it was just a Mexican taco restaurant, but it’s a sports bar. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The server even gave me a free dessert when I mentioned I was from out of state. This place is great.

Food was okay, however the service is horrible. This isn’t the service you expect when you spend $100. They forgot my blue cheese that I paid for. They take better care of you if you order in person. Waited so long just for someone to help me, and they weren’t even busy, maybe 2-3 tables were occupied. They were just standing there and talking to each other. Horrible management, probably won’t come here again.

This place is soo soo bad and customer service they sent a weird woman to me because of my concerns about like two pieces of chicken and my chicken fillet sandwich and she's like what we do. That's what we do and I had to live with that so or something else and a different they're like to that but the meat is very very well well well done which is disgusting to me. I ordered something else and an actual real manager came around so sorry that some idiot that was not a manager and Cameron says so sad so bad the new person that came around was very nice and I never again after all that happens my husband said yeah get

I don’t usually give bad reviews or any reviews at all unless I am blown away by the service but this was pretty bad. This place is so nice & has so much potential. Waited on a to go order up front for quite a while. I ordered a 10 piece wing with blue cheese & fries, they gave me ranch instead of blue cheese, my fries were ice cold, my to go bag had wing sauce all over it & ruined all the napkins I had in my bag. When I got to the restaurant & my order finally came out I asked for extra blue cheese & it’s a good thing I did because they put ranch in my box when I specifically asked for no ranch & extra blue cheese. Seemed very sloppy & put together quickly, the wings & sauce were all over my to go bag rather in my actual box. The staff was nice it just seemed like there wasn’t enough of them. Crowd of people at the door for over 10 minutes. I work in the restaurant industry so believe me I do understand that they are busy & understaffed but it did not look busy to me. Was just extremely disappointed in my food.

I love Taco Mac but today I must drawn the line. The cook must have spilled the entire bottle of dry lemon pepper on my wings. They were so salty that it made my jaws lock and felt my blood pressure rise instantly. So disappointed. The mgr was nice when I called back but first said he can give me another 20 pc wing, I said I won’t be back. The mgr. voided the charge but the cook knew better! My husband has no dinner for tonight.

I know they saw me standing there waiting for to get some help for a good 15mins but didn’t care to come help me. If I was dining in I know they’d be all over me with the fake niceness and fake hospitality because they’ll know they’ll get a tip. If you’re ordering through their website for pick up they won’t care to give you a good enough service.
