I had the pleasure of being served by Zach during my recent visit to Texas Roadhouse, and I must say, his service was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I sat down, Zach greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome.Throughout the meal, Zach was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and provided excellent recommendations from the menu. Not only was Zach efficient and professional, but he also had a genuine enthusiasm for his job that was contagious. His passion for providing exceptional service truly shone through, and it made my dining experience all the more enjoyable. Thanks to Zach's outstanding service, I left Texas Roadhouse feeling completely satisfied and eager to return. If I could, I would come back just to be served by Zach again. He is a true asset to the restaurant, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience.

A great family location for reasonably priced steaks, burgers, and chicken. As a larger family (6) we were seated immediately with no wait and hot fresh rolls were brought out to the table. Now if you're expecting a savory dinner roll, don't load up on the butter as it is sweet and cinnamony, but oh so good. The steaks are pretty decent, they're not going to win awards or nothing, but they are cooked well and seasoned pretty well too.Service was good, despite being super busy our server was friendly and kept our drinks topped up, and offered to go cups before we left.

My 8-year-old son felt sick and vomited. When cleaning, the employees complained to my son about what had happened. How could they take that attitude with a child of that age?

Our server was wonderful. She took great care of us. We both had an 8 ounce filet, medium rare. They were cooked perfectly, and they were so tender! I enjoyed a bowl of chili and saved my baked potato for a snack tonight at home. We enjoyed our dinner.

The experience was sad this time, I hadn't been to this location for a long time, because the service was really good from the girl who welcomed us to the boy who served us at the table, very friendly, but it took a long time to give us the food, too long for it to be a Monday, plus the cooking of the meat was not what we ordered, it was very raw, only cooked on the outside, the broccoli ? was bad, black, I don't know if it was overcooked or overtime... I was really disappointed this time and I didn't I know if I come back

Normally my hidband and I love going to Texas Roadhouse, however this time I was totally disappointed. We both wanted ribs, so we went to our "go to" place Texas Roadhouse. My husband had a birthday reward so he got the onion blossom and we both had the ribs. We got the onion blossom when we were about halfway through our salads. The ribs were so dry even the extra bbq sauce I got didn't help. I told the waitress who acted like she could have cared less. Never saw a manager. Sooooo disappointed

I love Texas Roadhouse I always get the country fried steak because they hand make it. The one in Gainesville does a great job. My only complaint is the one in Buford doesn't hammer out the country fried steaks enough so it's thick and tough but too much breading. Other than that I give 10 out of 10. I've always loved Texas Roadhouse.

The service and staff are beyond excellent; very friendly and attentive...the food, ehh not so much...the food is your average chain restaurant blah. There's a lot to chose from and the prices are fair but I found everything about the taste and appearance bland, boring and totally unremarkable. Oh, and the place is loud, very loud and crowded, so if you have sensory issues this may not be the place for you. Think: "eating in the middle of the mall food court on a saturday afternoon in December" kind of sensory overload.Overall, if you just don't feel like cooking and you want to go somewhere that the kids can be kids this is an ok choice. On the other hand, if you looking for a quite relaxing meal with tasty food to savor keep driving.Parking: Plenty parking unless you are looking for handicapped parking; very few spaces.Kid-friendliness: Good kids menú and no one will probably even notice if your little ones get loud or rowdy.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible if you are able to find parking.
