This is one of the better locations in the area. Fast and friendly service, they don't make you pull up and wait forever for your food like the Buford Dr. location. Really good breakfast here. ??

I go to this Wendy’s for breakfast about 3 times a week. The African American lady at the window with the glasses has THE WORST attitude and it’s very obvious. When you first pull up to the order call box, you are not greeted in a pleasant way at all. She always says “Go ahead with your order” in a very nasty, demanding tone. Then, when you pull around to the window to pick up your food, she does not tell you your total, she only holds her hand out the window waiting on your payment. There is no smile, nothing pleasant about this worker at all. I’ve never even gotten a thank you. Today I went back around the drive-through to ask for my receipt, and when I pulled up to the window, she told me that they were out of receipt paper and that she doesn’t know what the night crew has going on but that’s not her problem. She said she had just returned to work from being off two days. It dawned on me I have never received a receipt from her. Today I asked for it because I know there are usually surveys you can take about the service. There are two other staff members that work there some mornings..a gentleman and woman of Spanish decent and they are always very welcoming. I only stop here because it’s close to my job. If this poor service continues, you all are going to lose business. I’ve read some of your other reviews and it appears others are having the same problem with that worker.

I ordered a pretzel baconator in the drive through for $13.66! When I got my order, the sandwich had 1 piece of bacon broken into 4 little pieces. These are supposed to have 6 strips. When going inside to address this issue. I was met with hostility from the staff. At this point I requested a refund and we go our separate ways. The store manager threw the bag and drink into the trash 6 feet away having a tantrum. I will not be returning

The food is food, but the attitude is a different story. I’ve worked in retail and rolling your eyes while facing a customer is a big no. All because I ‘almost’ paid with Apple Pay. (I put my Apple pay away and dug around for my card which took longer) because she was very clearly upset i chose to almost pay with my phone. If your irritated look away to roll your eyes.

I went to Wendy's because I wanted spicy chicken nuggets and chili. The chicken nuggets weren't fresh nor were the fries. I asked for honey mustard sauce and did not even receive that. I traveled 8 miles for that and could have spent my money at a fast food restaurant closer. These restaurants need to do better we all spend our hard-earned money and I don't want to waste it on garbage.

Employees were not friendly. I had to wait 10 minutes at the drive thru just to place my order. Drove around and there wasn't many cars in parking lot. The one lady handed my drinks with no straws and then another lady quickly handed my food. I looked in the bags still no straws. Then they kept walking pass the window as if they didn't see me waving for their attention so I stayed there until came to the window 5 minutes later. I asked for straws and the lady rolled her eyes handed me the straws and closed the window. During all of no greetings, no thank you for coming or nothing. I will not be going back to this Wendy's across from Buford Mall of Georgia.
Wendy’s used to be my favorite fast food place. I mean, who doesn’t love a chocolate frosty? But I think I’m nearly done with them. We stopped here to eat and were met with bathrooms without toilet paper or paper towels. Then we went to the counter to order. No one in front of us. We stood there for at least 5 minutes. One employee made eye contact but the rest avoided looking at us. Eventually we took the hint that they didn’t want to take our order. So we left. What is service coming to?

This location used to be decent. However now it is not even decent. One of the employees was obviously high and the food is cold. I don’t see them staying in business long if they don’t make changes. I won’t be coming back to this location. No one wants cold and stale fast food.

Has to be the worst Wendy’s on the planet. The employees there are just terrible. The order is never right, they ignore customers , and just don’t even seem to want to do anything in general. Will never go to this location again. Happily take my business to any of the other 100+ establishments in the area. No one in the area likes this Wendy’s. The only reason it even gets business, is because of location. Step up your game Wendy’s, just straight disappointing.
